There's a perfect link between this pure music phasis and Elise eyes. I don't know how this could have been made, and become possible, but the truth it is. Underrated movie. Underrated music. There's so much reality behind this. Simply amazing !
The music is quite a representation of Elise's eyes of love. Right before Matt Damon punches the old hatter, right when he stands up from his chair, he had the same eyes. These eyes are passion, real passion.
All his stuff is bomb. This in particular. The movie resonated with me on a profound level as I felt it was akin to what I had experienced with a girl. I really thought love was like that- but not even love lasts forever. It's the tragedy of the human spirit.

The problem with romantic love is that it is based on emotion and emotions are ever changing and fleeting. For love to work, duty to each other needs to come first. Most people love without the duty to each other.
Reminds me too, of Matrix. This music evokes the emotions of love & loss/sacrifice in me so much that my eyes get wet. Funny love can be for a person or for goals too. Mine is the latter case. Praying may be unfruitful but the act itself, the true act of praying, I sense is an act of cosmic beauty, because one truly prays for the things one truly loves & love reeks of otherworldliness. True love is true beauty.
