7:25 actually Aizawa’s quirk is working on Shigaraki’s quirks, not his body, because his body itself was heavily mutated to be similar to mutant type quirk users (heteromorphs like you said), that’s why it can naturally do all the limb morphing nonsense, his body can’t really be called human anymore
And aizawa’s quirk doesn’t work on mutant type quirks (mentioned all the way back in season 1). It’s why he can’t turn off quirks like tsuyu (frog) or spinners (gecko), or nomu’s base strength.
Yeah, Shigaraki's quirk is basically undergoing a rapid and volatile form of evolution. In order to properly cope with the numerous quirks now residing in his body along with the 3 seperate consciousness in his mind.

The Mystic Eyes of Death Perception from the Nasuverse. They let you see death lines and points. And if you cut those lines and points, that thing dies forever and can never be restored. Shiki Ryogi is able to kill not justt people and objects but also _concepts_ with her power. If she can conceptualize something's death, she can cut it. If she can cut it, she can kill it.

Well there are even more of different eyes. Shiki's eyes are powerful, but Sha Naghba Imura, or Solomon's or Merlin's eyes are even more ridiculous in terms of their strength.

The rinnegan does in fact increase uour other senses. It was shown during jiraiya vs pain when jiraiya extends a barrier to detect pain's whereabouts, pain control see through the walls and could actually see the barrier using the rinnegan
So no Divine Reflection from RoR? Unless it doesn't count, it should be on the list and high up for two reasons
1. Allows the user to perfectly replicate anything it sees regardless of its speed and power
2. Allowed Adam to see a punch that surpassed time itself, copy it, dodge it while also throwing and landing the same punch which implies you will always beat someone to the punch when replicating their own technique.

I feel that Gilgamesh from Fate, eyes should be on here. He can see the past, present, and future with his eyes. The name of the ability is called Sha Naqba Imuru. He is also able to see all possibilities from different parallel worlds. It is basically a silightly weaker version of Almighty. Gilgamesh has to actively try to make the futures happen.

I feel like its kind of a crime the Answer talker eyes from Zatchbell are not on this list, they go pretty hard i dont think we even see there full potential, but they can basically give you the answer to any question and can be used actively, we see the best known user dodge lasers without any other skills just being an otherwise normal human, and the mc is ableto get like answers to homework problems when hes able to get them to work (he never really masters them)

@@liamohman7426 I'm pretty sure that it was part of The Almighty's abilities but I will admit that I might be wrong. In Can't Fear Your Own World, Chapter 22 Ichibe states that The Almighty made the Soul King both Nigh-Omnipotent and Nigh-Omniscient.

So it's all actually the power of almighty (which also grants damage immunity and ability negation too). As the number of pupils increase, the power of almighty increases as well. Reio had 4 pupil almighty meanwhile yhwach only had 3 pupil almighty (on each eye).

The powers of the heart and the 2 arms are a bit ambiguous in regards to whether it existed when reio lived in the primordial world (which is the common belief), but it's also thought that these body parts grew sentience and powers on their own. So, it's Hard to say.
If we lean in on the first thought process, the powers of progression and stagnation were already a part of his powers (same goes for miracle).

Gennosuke has a power to make someone with ill intentions K888 themselves immediately. Making him a hard counter to most of this list, especially in conjunction with his fiance, Oboro, who can cancel out the powers of anyone she looks at. These two together can manage most of the list together. And Gennosuke has also unlocked truth of the world sight
I'd have Kurapika's scarlet eyes at the #3 spot. To have your nen in the specialist category of nen AND have a 100% mastery in every nen type is insane for the Hunter x Hunter verse. That lil blonde boy is damn near God in that regard.

forgot Yuu Otosaka from Charlotte where his ability is Plunder: being able temporarily posses a body for 5 seconds (no eye contact needed) and later revealed that whoever he take possession of, not only is he taking temporary body possession but also permanently steal their abilities.

One addition would be that the limitless technique is difficult to use without the six eyes is due to how difficult the actual ability is to use with its manipulation of space and infinity but six eyes allows for this ability to be used appropriately. Kinda like needing the sharingan to use the chidori

One that I think could very easily place somewhere in the middle of this list is Mukuro's Six paths of Reincarnation from Hitman Reborn.
It's a single eye that lets the user swap between 6 powers. The first lets them manifest illusions and make them reality, second lets them steal the abilities of others, third lets them summon animals and control them, fourth gives them a massive boost to their physical abilities, fifth gives them a boost to everything they do with a time limit and sixth gives them ability to mind control people. Once Mukuro trained with them enough he was able to use all 6 powers at the same time. The illusions he makes with it are so perfect that he was able to telepathically communicate with a girl that lost most of her internal organs in a car accident and then just create new organs for her from across the world while being locked and bound in a prison cell.
It makes me relieved that Nick is only finally watching Bungo at the same time that I just started also lol Maybe we'll be seeing some of that in the future!

The funny thing is... there is still more to Yhwach's eyes than just omni-precognition. He's not only able to freely choose whichever future he wants, but he's also able to fully grasp powers, weapons, and other inatances within the futures he sees. Anything he 'sees' this way he can make himself virtually immune to. It's also the Almighty itself that allows him to regain his powers when they've been stripped from him and even bring him back from death.
And to top it off… almighty also has the power to alter reality. Reio created the current bleach Cosmology based via the power of almighty. Created the concept of death and cycle of souls and reincarnation. Which yhwach would have erased had he not been defeated. Ability created or erase higher concepts like death and reincarnation is even more insane addition to almighty.
Another one is Adams eyes in Record of Ragnarok.

Legend of Legendary Heroes Alpha stigma is an honorable mention. It let him dismantle anything within range of his eyesight by immediately analyzing anything within said range, finding the perfect countermeasure and simply forcing it to fall apart at an atomic level. It may be slow but whatever it hits needs to be cut off or gotten rid of quickly because that object is gone.
Mmm the thing about “the rinnegan is just an evolution/extension of the sharingan” doesnt come form the Hagoromo filler. It comes from the original manga. Where we see Madara, who was an Uchiha with an EMS, awaken the Rinnegan after imbuing Hashirama’s cells on his body. He explains to Obito that his Rinnegan awakened in his old age thanks to Hashirama’s cells which he implanted on his wounds (chapter 606). It is implied that by having both Uchiha and Senju powers you can evolve your sharingan to a Rinnegan. Also in the cannon manga Edo Tensei Madara progresses from base sharingan to EMS and then to his Rinnegan and can use all his EMS abilities while using the Rinnegan. I think this kind of makes it seems like the Rinnegan is the ultimate form of the Sharingan, more than a completely separate dojustu like the Byakugan is.

15:20, I think you're forgetting that it only work once on a person, so you only get one occasion to give a command to a person.
I do think that there is a workaround that,
if you want to give a person under geass's influence, multiple commands;
you probably have to make the initial command broad as possible like "follow my every order" or something.
Adam’s eyes not being on here is a absolute crime, anyway my personal list:
10. Shens eyes, shens eyes are more of a confusing concept as they switch your movements, so like if you wanted to walk forward you’d walk backwards, and to punch them with your right hand, you’d move your left, and in the end it’d be really confusing, not to mention it slows you down significantly and it’d also be a hard task to convince yourself to move backwards when you clearly want to move forward.
9. Vermillion eye, although vermillion eye makes you blind after just a couple minutes, the precision it give you is insane, it’s essentially a better 3 tome sharingan, it gives you insane precision and it makes all your physical stats get boosted too, so it’s a pretty short time of use but still insane.
8. Senregan, (idk the spelling and I may be wrong about its uses) what I’ve read about its uses are that it allows you to see everything that has every happend, so it’s pretty busted but it leaves you venerable, its not quick, and it doesn’t give you a good memory either, just lets you see them when you want.
7. Yoriichis see though world eyes, what yoriichis eyes do is give him ex-ray vision, and while this may not seem useful, another feature tanjiro stated the see though world had was making everything slower to the user, so basically you can see their vitals like a byakugan, their slow, and it has real life uses too.
6. Sharingan, it gives precise aim and allows you to copy anything, blah blah blah whatever.

Shikigami eyes, this of course is being paired with the death note, because otherwise it’d be unfair, anyway, what the shikigami eyes allow is for your to see anybody you look at’s name, and life span, so the only thing that leaves for your to need to be able to kill anybody is a face, and aside from the fact it splits your lifespan in half it’s still pretty busted when it comes down to ability’s, especially with the death note.
4. Rinnagan, the rinnagan is pretty broken beating honest, some things I feel like mentioning are all mighty push, and madara summoning mentors etc.

Unjustice, injustice belies to jewis from undead unluck and essentially what it does it change your sense of justice, so essentially just swap your ideology and everything you’ve worked for, eg if Sombody wanted to kill you, you could switch their sense of justice and they’d likely suicide, even better, if Sombody is greedy and wants a lot of money, switch their sense and now their a money donator.

Adam’s eyes, this is prolly rlly debatable to most ppl but hear me out, what Adam’s eyes do is allow him to copy absolutely anything, even if it’s not physically possible, meaning if he could turn into a nuke, he could turn into the moon, he could literally turn his arm into a rifle if he wanted to, and it may not be as broke irl, but in his verse he could get ability’s that could destroy planets. Keep in mind the second place eye on his list is a planet level eye, Adam’s is at minimum solar system to small galaxy.

Rinnegan boosts your sensory skills a lot,remember in 4th great ninja war Edo nagato was the one who pinpointed location of kabuto,also he could predict ametarasu of itachi,see through walls during fight with jiraiya etc..
Also, I would like to say that Hidari possibly just used the chidori with tunnel vision. The sharingan makes you able to use the chidori effectively, but the chidori can technically be performed without the sharingan. While I think it's very believable that the rinnegan can also counteract the tunnel vision of the chidori, it doesn't need to for that moment to exist. Hidari kinda knows Sasuke's move kit, but doesn't particularly know how they work. After all, Hidari in a way is a literal newborn that got a some form of conscious installed into him.
Cool list happy to see some good Bleach representation. I wish we had gotten to know more about the stigma of the Wind, from Kaze no Stigma, we know that it represented a contract with king of Wind spirits, but unfortunately the author died so we will never know more.

Nick you missed it. The rinnegan does not fix the tunnel vision or at least not to the extent of the sharinghan. Hidari mentions how difficult it was to use the chidori without it.
Some honorable mentions.
Kanao eyes (Demon slayer) - These are just special eyes that can detect even small twitches of muscles and detect lies. And can predict opponents' movements. Also,, her final form which she can see the world in slow motion(NO MAGIC )
Yoriichi See through the world(Demon slayer) - Basically x-ray but can see even muscles, blood flow, heart rate, predict movements, and see the world in slow motion. (NO MAGIC)

Rider Medusa Mystic eyes - Turn any being to stone depending on their resistance.
Merlin's eyes - Can see the present.
Solomon's eyes - basically omniscience.
Gilgamesh NP - Predict the future from parallel worlds.
Shiki Mystic's eyes of death allow one to see lines representing death on anything. If cut this will end it.
D.Gray-man is so underrated, you should've included Wisely's Demon Eye, he can basically read other people minds, explode the brains of his targets, give them nightmares, and look into any other person past, as well as force them to relieve their memories.

Not enough anime fans know about the anime called Basilisk! In it, one of the 2 central main characters named Gennosuke Kōga, has an incredibly powerful eye dojutsu that reverses anyone's killing intent back onto them. From what I recall, it was 100% effective against any opponent that dared to cross blades with him. If you haven't watched or read it, give Basilisk a shot.
Kaguya's Byakugan can be honorable mention too, for only 1 reason: she can observe the entire globe while it's active.
No idea if kaguya's version has the same blindspot or it doesn't anymore.

I want Nick to see this comment, if you're directing the number one spot to be Ywha Bach for his Almighty, then you need to give it to Reio, the soul king because it was inferred that He had the same but even stronger to where Passively Ywha can't see the Soul King in any capacity with his Omnipotence. So much so that he can't actively view the Mimihage as it's part of the Soul King's body but acting on its own agency. Yeah, Reio doesn't have any of his own feats but it's openly stated to be the same ability with even more clairvoyance and the ability to counter Ywha since that's the ONLY being in the bleach Universe he can't use it on in any capacity.

Talking about the strongest eyes in Anime without 1 mention of the Mystic eyes of Death Perception is wild, or any mystic eyes from Fate/Nasuverse.
The Mystic eyes of death Perception or otherwise known as Meodp are so extraordinarily versatile that there are still new ways to using them to this day. To explain them in short you get to see the world with them differently, every object, person and even concept has what is known as a death line. This death line marks that object or person's lifespan and if you trace it with your finger or knife it will die, instantly. This even works on immortal beings like gods, and even more abstract concepts like time or space. The drawbacks to using such eyes are of course in order to even get them you need to either have them transplanted to you replacing your current eyes or have a near death experience to a point you probably should have died but didn't.
In the case of Ryougi shiki the most iconic user of these eyes from the Kara no Kyoukai movies she literally had to sacrifice one of her alternate personalities. The eyes also can cause madness in the people that use them as the world becomes so fragile to you that you will embody the phrase superman says "The world is made out of cardboard." You can get so terrified of destroying the world merely by interacting with it that you basically have to suppress some parts of the eye powers to keep yourself sane. Ryougi as an example naturally suppresses her ability to see the death lines in inanimate objects in order to keep herself grounded.
These eyes realistically have no limits in their application, you can destroy ghosts, kill space to close distances, even countering other eye powers in the verse like killing distortion or alternate futures. The only known limitation is has is that the more complex the life form is the harder it is to even perceive their lines let alone end them. Some beings like Arcuied Brunidsand are so complex that even if you could use the eyes successfully on her she can regenerate from literal nothingness her body and soul.

In the webtoon God Game (I think thats the name) you have the mc with eyes from God. They allow him to see up to 15 seconds in the future and he can see the various outcomes of the future as well. (No real drawbacks to it except he cannot use other abilities while using those eyes, however he can still fight and move while using his eyes)

imo gojo six eyes should be lower as six eyes on its own only gives you better eye sight and better cursed energy manipulation so if someone like miwa had it she still wouldnt be that much stronger, its only amazing cause of gojos infinity

I don't know if you watched Charlotte or not but the power of the protagonist is really simple. If he looks at you (not necessarily in the eyes) he can take control of your body for some time! Even if he can do it just once per person, the frightening thing is that he will just take your abilities for himself.
Meaning that he could beat "bleach boss" if he looks at him and took is power. I think his eyes could be no2 at least.

The fact that Mystic Eyes of Death Perception aren’t on here is criminal, actually Mystic Eyes in general.
If I had to throw an eye up there, I'd go for the Tear Stigma from Legend of the Legendary Heroes.
It let's you borderline analyze anything in existence, copy literally any form of magic you see, shoots lasers from them capable of wiping out hundreds of thousands of people at light speed and can completely erase things from existence once they're analyzed.
