There is a small, medium, large and fusion Utility Box Generators.
This suite can be bought for 900 Atoms in the Atomic Shop as of February 27, 2024.
These generators can be found under "Generator" Section of the Build Menu.
These Generators do have power connectors on them.
The Good, for the most part, we do not need to wire up most of our camp. They are half the size of their original versions.
The not so bad, items that we build in our camp still require a wire due to power connectors on the item such as the popcorn machine and weather stations, etc.

Thanks for the video. You're the first person I've seen to show that the other fusion generator requires wires. It was enough to make me get the utility box one. Definitely not regretting it.

Like you mentioned, anything that needs wires, still needs wires. These things are only good for lights.
Note: you can buy the fusion generator for 150 atoms. The suite isn’t necessary unless you want the smaller generators.

Yes .. but not having to spread more power connectors and wires throughout your camp saves a ton of camp budget .. that’s the point ..
They don't make sound and don't take up space 🤷🏻♂️ there worth the buy

I love mine. Its smaller and i tucked it away to save a bit of room, and was able to clean up a bit of wires.

Spared me a lot of budget in wall mounted connectors and the VT fusion mini generators for radiative power.
I would hide the VT generators in furniture and stash boxes to power accent lights everywhere.

Good morning. Awesome. It’s really addictive for sure. My work days include a wake up at 2:00 am in the morning and go pump some iron at the gym. Then go to work for 12 hours, then home to make the daily video for my RUclips friends. 💯😃 it’s a good time. 😎

Great info Jim the video I saw never showed that you needed to wire up things.They just did the lamps and lead me to believe the new generator powered up everything up my bad.But the space you get back is nice.

Best atoms ive spent dont make any sound and are great on space win win i always have a problem with lights so these are perfect they dont stand out and the fusion has a very good distance of space Thanks for sharing Jim 😊

I think the reality.upon this 900 atom spend.has not yet hit, we are still in shiny new toy euphoria stage.

I hate that i missed this and cant even grab it through the support website... No bundle or this on its own. Same goes for the enclave tent (one with the weapon workbench and all 3 boxes) and the Big woodland retreat or whatever its called pre-fab thats a giant house. Cant forget I missed the damn trenchcoat salesman robot as well, and even the thunderstorm weather machine. I always miss everything cool....
I hope this comes back sometime soon, along with the other stuff.
It definitely was very popular. At the time I wasn't even going to make a video on them, until a member mentioned that the radius in which they provide power was far greater than the usual generators. I'm glad I made it.
I'm sure they will be back. Probably in a bundle though as Bethesda likes to do that, but you never know. It's always worth looking at the shop every week.
I haven't seen them in a while, so they may be in the rotation.

Thanks for the video! How much height (building stories) does the Fusion - Utility Box Generator cover?
Great question; I am not 100% certain. I believe it's a radius around the generator. In the video, I just show one direction. But as I understand it , it's a radius so it will be the same distance on whatever side or angle it above. That's how I understand it to be. Like a bubble. lol. These utility box generators have further range or bubble as compared to the conventional generators. I hope that helps. 🍀🍀🍀

I can confirm, that as far as height goes, the Fusion Utility Box (100 Power) easily covers an entire Two Story build & I got back 10-15% of my C.A.M.P Budget, which was tremendous, after removing nearly all (95%) of the Power Connectors etc from two different C.A.M.P's!

I now have the Fusion Utility Box Generator installed at two of my C.A.M.P's & I regained 10-15% of my budget, after removing Power Connectors etc. I can also confirm, that Fusion Utility Box Generator easily covers an entire Two Story C.A.M.P Building!

Ok so where can i find the generator plans?
Generator plans can be awarded from the "Powering Up" power plant events and apparently you're guaranteed to get it by your third time. You can also buy it from both vendors in Watoga and Harper's ferry, Graham, Modus, Camden Park, and the vendor bots in Welch and Lewisburg. I think I've seen them at the Whitesprings too, but not absolutely certain on that one.

so basically these things are only better because they are smaller and take up less real estate. I don't usually use lights.. I just power machines.
Basically. You're definitely not wrong. We can still hook wires to and from directors objects requiring wire connection. I do find fur some reason, their range of power for lights and such is greater than the conventional generators.
A lot of folks like them. I'm asked randomly here and there lol. But is all about preference.

Less space, quiet, not banging my head on the wall, trying to line up power connectors and wires...Kinda hate the wires this makes it easier to hide per say...

Jim does the big gen radiate 6 blocks on each axis. For example in the big house could i put on second floor and it serve all levels in house? Loved the vid i found out the hard way wondering why popcorn and fusion charger not work lol
