Brzina citanja mi je morala biti najsporija, drugacije se nije htio povezati, ali uz malo duzi proces, svi koraci su ti tocni i tempomat radi! Bas sam se odusevio...iako nisam niti znao da ce se lampica tempomata upaliti samo zeleno, kada vec u voznji stisnem ON, a onda i SET. Ocekivao sam, kao kod nekih novijih auta da bude zuta lampica kada stisnem ON,...i tu sam se scimao da ne radi.

Zdravo prije svega svaka cast na objasnenja ja imam ford fokus c-max ghia kad upalim prekidac za dugacko svetlo pozicija se ugasi bio je kod neki priuceni majstora menjali su mi tabla i je doslo do taj problem pa me interesuje dali i kako moze da se ukloni problem hvala unapred
Bar je na focusu to jednostavno. Treba provjeriti konektore u faru i izlaze sa comfort modula. On se nalazi ispred suvozačevih nogu. Vjerojatno je comfort modul mjenjan i ostala upaljena opcija dnevnih svijetala (pretpostavljam)

From some searches online I came to the conclusion that that check mark is only for diesel engines? correct me if I'm wrong. I did the "Read firmware from PCM to BIN file" part, but I didn't want to continue until I got your suggestion. So I can continue the steps shown in the video without the "calibration data only" checked then? Thanks again
Try it... I've never done this on petrol engines. Be sure to make a backup first and use ELS27. Here is some fun fact - Focus ST 2.5 doesn`t have cruise control map in engine ecu 😂

Hello! I have a FF 2010 1.6 tdci 90cp eu5. I have made the exact steps you made on all 3 modules. in the PCM made 1 page and then read calibraton data and then upload the bin but it still doesn't work. I have all the wires attached properly to the steering, the GEM modules is fine, the brake and clutch pedal have the same whire as yours. I have 9m51 12a650-ag file so it is Bosch. Do you have any idea where the problem is?

I did conect the cruise control modelue, it gets on the backlight, and I did enable cruise control with forscan on the IPC module (it is the only one that it has cruise control options). But I'm getting two errors: P0581:13 on ODDTCs and P0581:13-48 CMDTCs Both are telling me that I have high voltage on channel A of the switch on the cruise control module. I don't know what to do. Could you help me?

Hi, I'm trying to install in my Focus ST mk2 but it doesn't work. I've activated all modules (PCM, GEM and HEC) and the car recognised the cruise control buttons, but nothing happens. I've tried to find if someone with a ST mk2 gets it to work but doesn't. Any idea or information why or any solution? TY.
You will need someone to modify your engine map. ST models don`t have a piece of code on the engine map dedicated to cruise control. No ST came out of the factory with cruise control.

Do you know more or less if it is difficult to do for any ECU's programmer and find out the command/s line/s that works the CC? I have read that if you compare any other BIN archive the other focus mk2 that came out of the factory with CC, and introduce this/these same command's line/s in the BIN focus ST, it would work. @@TRAXXAS4x4cars Do not waste your time, it is not possible excepting you find a programmer that is able to add this programming's lines that concern to CC. Some key are that the Ford Kuga mk1/and Mondeo mk3 or 4 with the same 2.5 turbo motor, they had the possibility to add the CC. Then, the idea is to scan and compare archive PCM module from Focus and Kuga or Mondeo and try to add the lines concern to CC. The idea is there but i need someone that knows as do it. I try to find someone to at least understood the procces and anyone wanted to do or been able to do it. Then, or you install an aftermarket kit (300-350 euros, with a difficult instalation), or you play with the pedal as always. Me, this last one :)))

Ako imaš sync 3 trebalo bi se to moći napraviti... nisam nikad to pokušavao jer inače čačkam samo po autima koji su moji, kodovi bi trebali biti isti. Uglavnom skineš Forscan i ako imaš ELM27 s njega bi trebao moći aktivirati bez prevelikog kopanja po kodu... samo dodaš kvačicu i to je sve

POZ! Imam mazdu 3 2006 1.6 dizel ,nabavio sam komande,ali u elm config nece da mi prikaze u GEM ,page 3 ,izbaci greska runtime error 13 type mismatch i izadje iz elm config.....??? Na jednom forumu sam procitao da su ljudi uspevali na taj auto da aktiviraju,ali ne mogu da ih kontaktiram....
To answer my own question, yes, it does work. Cruse control fully works now. I didn't even have to rewrite the PCM. Just tick all of the activation boxes and write and it worked perfectly
Is it possible to modify the speed where the cruise control starts? Mine is at 40 km/h. Every other car that I know starts at 30 km/h. I also once drove a car, that starts at 10 km/h. But I just want to be able to drive 30 km/h with my cruise control.
Kod mene je modul sa oznakom B, i nema zice od volana do modula. Hoces da kazes, da iako provučem zicu koja je dosla uz prekidace do modula, da neću, uopste moci da aktiviram tempomat? Ne postoji šansa? Hvala unapred
Potrebno je zamjeniti Gem modul i povući kabel . To nije problem i nije skupo. Nađe se polovnih za 50€. Kod mene je bila oznaka A, ali je sve bilo provučeno. 2005 godina.
@@Workshop385 znaci B nikako nema mogucnost da se ukodira? Jedini način je da se zameni sa D oznakom i tada ce moci? I kod mene je 2005 godina. Sve prekidace imam na papučicama, i lampica na tabli radi, ali od volana do modula nemam.
Ne možeš ništa zeznuti ako pokušaš uključiti za probu. Kad kodiraš GEM modul, učitaš trenutne podatake, staviš kvačicu na cruise control i klikneš "Write to GEM". Ako je kodiranje bilo uspješno, kad ponovno učitaš podatke sa modula, ta kvačica će biti uključena. Ako nije bilo uspješno, kvačica će nestati. Uglavnom, ne možeš ništa zeznuti. Po internetu sam istraživao, svaki "D" modul se može kodirati, neki su uspjeli kodirati "C" modul... dok na "A" i "B" modulima nije nitko uspio. Ali kažem, nije problem ubaciti drugi modul i iskodirati ga... doslovno 10 minuta posla.
@@Workshop385 da da, odgledao sam klip, desetak puta 😀.... Pokušao sam danas ugradnju, ali kad sam video da nema zica, odustao sam trenutno, dok ne vidim gde treba zice da se dodaju kod volana. I ove zice koje su stigle uz prekidace, su crna i crvena, a u dzek modula idu bela i smedja boja. Hvala na pomoci svakako. Ovaj klip je bas pomogao dosta.
@@borisugljevar2670 Ako si zapeo oko provlačenja instalacije i treba ti pomoć, nije mi problem rastaviti kod mene pa da usporedimo. Boje žica nisu bitne, kao ni njihov redosljed jer prekidači na volanu zapravo samo daju otpor - ništa drugo. Svakako bi mi bilo drago ako budeš radio oko toga da se registriraš na workshop385.com/index.php i uploadaš koju fotografiju - možda pomogne drugim ljudima koji nemaju provučenu instalaciju od volana do GEM modula.

Hello, thank you for the video . Does anyone know the name and size of the pins that slot into the blue plug, on pins 10 and 18? I don't have those wires in my GEM, so will run them down from the steering wheel. I think they are called "IDE Molex 4.2mm 5556-PT Female Crimp Terminal Pins" but that is just a guess. The blue plug is called c103, I think. I need to know what pins to crimp on to the end of the wires, then I plan to insert them into the blue c103 plug, then plug that back into my GEM. Thanks for any help

Na ovaj laksi nacin koji si objasnio. Mozda bi zapamtio na onaj tezi gde si zajebo stvar, ali mi frka to da probam 😀... Na koji nacin je tebi upamtio? I choice english then driver V(CP) Port: Com7 Baudrate I choice 38400 like in the com Port settings, conection: Focus 11/ CMax/Kuga then Open port then I get error : Link with adapter failed ! You don`t need to check that, but it will take longer to read. You have Focus Mk2 with 1.8TDCI engine?

Say if you want to swap engine from 1.8 Flexifuel to 2.0, can you just save the engine data from donor car ECU and load it to your ECU?

I saw GEM with "JE" module in C-max. I enabled cruise control without any problems.

programmed my mk2fl 2007 1.8. nothing happened. drove car then it started working. I believe ecu sometimes needs to adapt to calibrations

My Gem module has the letter "B" but when I go into elm config. It shows it and I have all the switches on the pedals
To answer my own question, yes, it does work. Cruse control fully works now. I didn't even have to rewrite the PCM. Just tick all of the activation boxes and write and it worked perfectly
Is it possible to modify the speed where the cruise control starts? Mine is at 40 km/h. Every other car that I know starts at 30 km/h. I also once drove a car, that starts at 10 km/h. But I just want to be able to drive 30 km/h with my cruise control.
Good question, but I don't know right answer. It can't be changed with Forscan as I know 😄
Kod mene je modul sa oznakom B, i nema zice od volana do modula. Hoces da kazes, da iako provučem zicu koja je dosla uz prekidace do modula, da neću, uopste moci da aktiviram tempomat? Ne postoji šansa? Hvala unapred
Potrebno je zamjeniti Gem modul i povući kabel . To nije problem i nije skupo. Nađe se polovnih za 50€. Kod mene je bila oznaka A, ali je sve bilo provučeno. 2005 godina.
@@Workshop385 znaci B nikako nema mogucnost da se ukodira? Jedini način je da se zameni sa D oznakom i tada ce moci? I kod mene je 2005 godina. Sve prekidace imam na papučicama, i lampica na tabli radi, ali od volana do modula nemam.
Ne možeš ništa zeznuti ako pokušaš uključiti za probu. Kad kodiraš GEM modul, učitaš trenutne podatake, staviš kvačicu na cruise control i klikneš "Write to GEM". Ako je kodiranje bilo uspješno, kad ponovno učitaš podatke sa modula, ta kvačica će biti uključena. Ako nije bilo uspješno, kvačica će nestati. Uglavnom, ne možeš ništa zeznuti. Po internetu sam istraživao, svaki "D" modul se može kodirati, neki su uspjeli kodirati "C" modul... dok na "A" i "B" modulima nije nitko uspio. Ali kažem, nije problem ubaciti drugi modul i iskodirati ga... doslovno 10 minuta posla.
@@Workshop385 da da, odgledao sam klip, desetak puta 😀.... Pokušao sam danas ugradnju, ali kad sam video da nema zica, odustao sam trenutno, dok ne vidim gde treba zice da se dodaju kod volana. I ove zice koje su stigle uz prekidace, su crna i crvena, a u dzek modula idu bela i smedja boja. Hvala na pomoci svakako. Ovaj klip je bas pomogao dosta.
@@borisugljevar2670 Ako si zapeo oko provlačenja instalacije i treba ti pomoć, nije mi problem rastaviti kod mene pa da usporedimo. Boje žica nisu bitne, kao ni njihov redosljed jer prekidači na volanu zapravo samo daju otpor - ništa drugo. Svakako bi mi bilo drago ako budeš radio oko toga da se registriraš na workshop385.com/index.php i uploadaš koju fotografiju - možda pomogne drugim ljudima koji nemaju provučenu instalaciju od volana do GEM modula.
Pozdrav, da li mozda znas da li je ista procedura i za focusa MK3 2011-2014? Mislio sam samo promijeniti volan koji vec ima tempomat tipke i ukljuciti ga softverski...puno hvala na odgovoru 👍🏻😀

Hello, thank you for the video . Does anyone know the name and size of the pins that slot into the blue plug, on pins 10 and 18? I don't have those wires in my GEM, so will run them down from the steering wheel. I think they are called "IDE Molex 4.2mm 5556-PT Female Crimp Terminal Pins" but that is just a guess. The blue plug is called c103, I think. I need to know what pins to crimp on to the end of the wires, then I plan to insert them into the blue c103 plug, then plug that back into my GEM. Thanks for any help

Imao sam problem da su kleme od akumulatora korodirale, pa sam ih trebao očistiti. Ostao sam bez struje kad sam ga išao upalit.

Pozdrav. Ja sam kupio ford focus c max 1,6 (115ks) i volio bi ugraditi tempomat. Provjerio sam i ima lampica za tempomat. Koliko košta programiranje kod vas i odakle ste da dodjem to uraditi kod vas? Ja sam iz Slovenije.

Pozdrav.. Opet ja 😀... Zamenio sam auto sad ima restajling mk2 1.8 tdci 2009 god.... Ugradio sam tastere... I uradio programiranje, prihvatio je sve, ali u Pcm nece da zapamti tempomat... Na ovaj laksi nacin koji si objasnio. Mozda bi zapamtio na onaj tezi gde si zajebo stvar, ali mi frka to da probam 😀... Na koji nacin je tebi upamtio? Inace C je slovo modula 😪, ali, nadao sam se da ce moci... Hvala unapred
Da li mislis mozda da uopste ne moze na C ili mozda da se proba na ovaj prvi način zapisivanja.. Kolko sam gledao, tako uglavnom na benzincima rade..
Kratak update... Operacija uspesno obavljena isprobano sve radi. Uradjeno na tezi nacin, onom tvojom prvom metodom je uspelo. Znaci aktivirano na C modulu...

Vrati backup i biti će ok. Ako nemaš backup možeš pokušati sa upisivanjem ključa u Pcm, no to nisam pokušavao 😳

Pozdrav, dali mozda znas jeli ista procedura za mondea mk3 2.0 tdci 130 ks, imao sam sve u auti osim tipki i stavio sam tipke pa sad treba softverski upaliti pa me zanima gdje se nalazis i dali bi znao to na mondeu napraviti. LP
Jel isti princip i za mondeo mk3?

Mislim da na Mondeu treba 8 puta dat i isključit kontakt dok se ne čuje "beep" za kodiranje daljinskog otključavanja

Hi can someone help me to connect my elm327 with my car ? I buy an elm327 usb adapter from eBay I installed then I install elmconfig 0.2.17b I run the program but I couldn’t connect with car . I choice english then driver V(CP) Port: Com7 Baudrate I choice 38400 like in the com
Port settings, conection: Focus 11/ CMax/Kuga then Open port then I get error : Link with adapter failed ! If someone’s can help me
