DIY Ice shelter

I built a small 5 by 7 Ice shelter for my lake that will double as a shed in the summertime, this video runs threw some of the costs and clips of me putting it together. I'm sure there are many ways to build one and looking back I would've have built it bigger but it was another learning experience.

What did you use for runners to make pulling easier? I see you put the runners flush with the shack floor?
