Awesome video! Really got a feel for the city. I live in San Antonio and been to Dallas twice but want to go back again and check out some of the things I missed. There's also a good chance I might get a job and move there once I graduate college so Dallas and its surrounding areas is definitely of interest to me.
Oh wow, Dallas! Just want to know the year round weather in Dallas. Might consider working there as an RN 🩺💉 Texas is in my top 5 state to work and live with my family. I have one elementary and a Middle schooler
I don't understand the need for a suspension bridge like the Margaret Hunt Hill Bridge. Why not a regular overpass bridge. The walkway next to it is. Usually suspension bridges are for so that ships can pass under. The river there isn't wide and not navigable. So is it for show? Don't get me wrong, it's a nice bridge, but it seems unnecessary.
Hey. I'm moving to Dallas this summer for a new job opportunity. I have never been and was wondering if you have suggestions of areas to live in. I'm 22 and looking for affordable rent in a decent neighborhood.
Also u wouldn't be far from deep ellum. (Most of Dallas' night life) just make sure ur pro dallas cowboys. Dallas really is THAT serious about their Cowboys.
@@kathrynhill6452 Haha thanks I’m a bears fan, but don’t mind the cowboys. They’re a fun team to watch. My work will be in Addison. So I’m hoping to rent a place near there
@@kathrynhill6452 also as for nightlife, I’m not too caught up in all that. I do like going out here and there but I’m not a huge drinker. More of a foodie and like to explore(whether it’s the city art, food, new places, amazing views, nature).
I wanna go to dallas. Dallas is better the new york city and we should also preserve the nature including the grass and the trees and we shouldn't cut the trees because they removes the air pollution.
Don't know how much good this reply would do now but a lot of working class locals aren't too fond of the expensive housing and rent created by the influx of people moving in from the coasts and buying houses for more than asking price, and/or paying in cash rather than mortgage. Add to that the greedy developers buying up property and building up in those working class neighborhoods. The city is a lot more vibrant looking than before but I personally feel it somewhat came at the cost of the local vibe and personality of the city.
After watching this video it makes me want to go visit Dallas TX it looks like an amazing place to live oh wait a second I been living here for 20 plus years and it’s horrible the amount the people that came here over the past few years and let’s not forget the amount of drugs and illegal immigration to the amount of homeless people that you didn’t show 🙃
Girl yes!! I have been in Dallas my entire life and have never seen it this bad until the last 8 years😧. My hometown I used to be so proud of it but you're so correct illegals, gangs and a whole lot of people from other states coming in have completely changed our city forever for the worst.
@@IsSheRG710pretty much every where in Dallas county except Highland and university Park. Collin County County is pretty safe. But in Texas period Houston, Ft Worth and Dallas have just had way too much crime going on. Road rage out of control too. Visiting is 👌 But if you move here I would suggest COLLIN COUNTY.
Assassination areas have "faded in time". That's just like me. I feel faded by time. Now in my old age waking up everyday just waiting to die. Getting old sucks, can't do anything, look like sh*t, can't remember anything. It could be worse I guess. 😕
Where the shots "allegedly" came from? Just a grassy knoll, "nothing special"? The entire memorial is "nothing special"? Dismissive, disrespectful words from someone too young to remember that awful day.
Does that sign say "Welcome to Dallas"?! Take any exit NOT titled Dallas... and you're welcome! Mavs fans shouldn't be here until January so for sure, avoid hell and just go around Dallas. It will literally add time to your overall life. I'm from here, I know.
Sweetheart dnt even waste your voice trying to explain why you think Dallas is so depressing and hideous bc no matter wht you say Dallasites more then likely will have some excuse as to why their city is soooooooooooooooo freakin boring And depressing I mean it almost feel as if your living in one big retirement home or something tbh🤦♂️🤷♂️👀

A good portion of Texas is in tornado alley. Is real estate there cheaper because of this?
I’m moving to downtown Dallas in December!

Awesome and we'll organized video! Thanks! I visited Dallas in 92 for attending to a conference. The city seems much bigger now!

I love the video! Great Travel Guide for the City of Dallas. You should put together a guide for DFW metro also. This is hard work and an awesome job!
Great video. Conveys the real life vibes of the city better than most vids I've seen 👍

You had to get a drone shot of the city at night! Dallas as one of the most unbelievable skylines at night in the United States!
My son and his family will be moving there , this summer. Leaving Billings Montana.
Ayee thats my city
Dallas weather is underrated. Not to hot nor humid like Southern city’s, just perfect.
oh yea sunny weather extends longer throughout fall and spring
Dallas can be a little humid, but it isn't classic dry heat like in Arizona, New Mexico, Nevada, etc.
idk if its a mindblowing concept but Coastal Cali, ATL, Nashville have the same weather

So beautiful walking tour thanks friend for sharing your video 👌👏👏
On my way! Soon
Cool! When were you in my city?
Over the weekend it was less than 48 hour layover
I been there Jeff I didn’t get a chance go downtown it. Post next city
Nice videos but you need to level out the sound - too much volume changes which is annoying
0:17 was Austin LOL

Great city just avoid in the Summer. It’s brutally hot and humid..
Who else moved to Dallas this year??? 😁
All other major cities that's not SF or LA look so clean.
Don't mess with Texas
Every night there are cleaning crews that go through downtown
It's because there's no density. Not a lot of people walk around, because it's not really walkable.
Great video but ya gotta mix that audio!

Forney, Frisco, Richardson. All dallas counties basically. Most are eh 20 from downtown
Mesquite isn't that bad either. Hit downtown taking IH30 in less than 20 mins. Ross Ave which he said is 20 mins from Mesquite

Dallas couldn't hold a candle to NYC. It's nothing but suburban sprawl with skyscrapers. There's no soul or character whatsoever.
Dallas. So good. Arlington. Nasti. Dangers🚔
I am surprised how bad the roads are.
Is there a Chinatown in Dallas?
It's a lot different from NY. Not many people walk and it's cleaner.
There's no density like NYC. There's more density in Pittsburgh, which is much smaller.
