Looks like a well-designed wing, we had one down at our local beach the other day, the low aspect is great, we measured a 5m javelin against 5m F-one strike, the Slingshot had nearly 16 inches shorter wingspan.

Love it - thank you for the measurement and for leaving the comment.
      Cheers,

Have you tried the 6.5 or 7.5 m? Looking for a low wind Florida summer wing.

Not in this model - I have ridden the Slingshot 6.5 slingwing V3 and the Armstrong 6.5. My personal preference for light winds is power - I find the Armstrong 6.5 has a bit more grunt to it. Happy to have a call (909) 698-0401.

Is the boom carbon fiber? What's the weight difference between the Javelin and the V3?

Good question, if you travel without the board and only the wing, maybe the boom has to pay extra if it doesn’t fit in your suitcase

The boom is 2 pieces and the longest part is 1100mm. So if you are bringing a few wings in a bag it should fit in the same. Definitley fits in the standard golf travel bag.

      So it's unsuitcaseable
