I payed 450$ after trading in a 50$ pixel 5(used market bargain) for the pixel 8 and buds. Months later I traded that pixel 8 for the Razr 2023 (used market) and it's honestly awesome! Besides the camera not being AS good as the pixel 8, it's pretty daing good phone. Fast charging, folding, speakers are good, and phone feels good! Now I have an S23 and S22ultra that I'm trying to decide in between because the Razr 2023 is awesome! BUT! The folding design isn't black n white! I run daily and the phone feels better when opened over folded, which defeats the purpose of "smaller device to hold" for me. The speakers aren't as good as the ultra or the s23 or even the pixel 8 for that matter. Something I came to realize is that the S23 with the newer CPU really does feel LAG free, the ultra has hiccups here and there, but the Razr 2023 lags, or stutters in ways that make me question whether I'd be able to recommend it to my super critical IOS friends! I came back to samsung simply because the Cameras are very consistent when compared to motorolas phones, and DEX is a must nowdays! Phones are a computer and the fact that the Razr 2023 has Ready For (basically DEX) BUT can't be used over USB-C with a dongle is a BIG CON for me! My point in this rant is that, phones are so cheap nowdays that the newest and best isn't always it! I think anything on snapdragon 8 will be better than any other android experience anyone has ever had before 2020 ahahahahahah! My s22 Ultra with 45w charging is winning my heart even though it's older and the S23 SHOULD be winning my heart. I'm so torn trying like 3 phones at the same time and I'm nOBODY xD
I paid 180$ for s23, 180$ for s22 ultra, and flat traded the pixel 8, so price I think isnt' a question in my case, but more of WHICH ONE IS FOR ME! I get about 8-10 hrs usage time with all! Snapchat, Strava, Apple music, RUclips, Brave Browser, Insta, tiktok, etc. Heavvvvy Usage :)
Razr looks neat aesthetic-wise. But it really is basically a fancy midrange phone. Same goes for any flip phones out there. There's a market for those phones out there but it's not for me. Am just happy we have options for phone form factors these days
There really is no apt comparison. In all quality areas, display/speakers, processing power, cameras, and durability, the s23 FE is superior, but on the other hand, the Razr by virtue of it's folding design is such a no-brainer in terms of just tossing it in your pocket/purse without a second thought. I think that the Motorola may be best suited for more casual users who really value the uber-easy portability but aren't too hung up on overall performance.
The moto razr isn't the type of phone you carelessly drop in your pocket folded or unfolded. It will scratch the outer screen. Performance wise even with the outdated chipset I run a Nintendo switch emulator and a PS2 emulator on this device with no hiccups. The only reason I have the razr is because the S23FE was out of stock. 😢 So if I had a choice between the 2 it would be Samsung for sure. The razr in my opinion isn't what I call a daily driver. You will have to insure this device as I did.
@oneman6550 I agree. I always have a case ready before I even get the phone. I don't go for the fancy colours you can get as 99.99 of the time I have it in a case.
They just want to force people like you to want to give them more money on the more expensive s23/plus where the bezels are better. That's along what every brand does.
Get the a55...I have the a54 and love it...I also have the Razor and am loving it! Mid-ranges are way better then they used to be. I got great deals on both...a54 was $59.99...the Razr was $149.99...get a couple phones...play around ..try out different tech ..its fun...😅
Thanks so much. This comparison was what I needed!! 🔥💯👍🏼

Great job at side by side comparison, Thank you!!🙂

I think you would be surprised with how premium the whole experience feels!

The Razr is a beast! I absolutely love this phone! I was EXTREMELY skeptical...but it is a device done right. Motorola knows what they are doing.
Huh the srceen on the Razr is actually higher ppi and refresh rate both Oled how is it superior lol?
Screen mirroring?
The s23 is waterproof
The s21 FE bezels are smaller and the phone is light in xomparison. Im not sold on the S23FE.
@@oneman6550 the S21 FE and s20 fe had smaller bezels. Samsung going backwards on this one

The s23fe bezels are bigger than the s21Fe

1st one to comment.
oneplus 10t no contest
I'm glad someone besides me realizes that phone is amazing
One plus has a really visually boring, blocky OS and optimization though, and the dynamic amoled screen on the s23 fe still looks alot better too.
