    Thanks for sharing. Please what temperature is your dehydrator on? I have a dehydrator option on my air fryer, it only goes up to 4 hours.

      I haven't tried Oven method, I only Sundry or Dehydrate..

      Oven will turn it to roasted yam.
      Most electric oven in the market their temperature range starts from 100 and above.
      So food dryer is best..
      Drying in the sun will take time and atimes yam develop molds, insects like flies will perch on it, dusts and dirts will also land on the yam.
