Setting own colors in Zenoss Resource Manager 4.2.4

ResponsiveUI zenpack adds User Interface color settings to Zenoss application. You may ajust menubar, sidebar and content colors at your own. Also zenpack adds "Zen mode" button at right bottom to toggle menus and make content space fit all screen.
