My Favorite Things piano improvisation

"My Favorite Things" is a song from the 1959 Rodgers and Hammerstein musical The Sound of Music. But for me this song is inextricably linked with John Coltrane. I love that bright and magical melancholy in it. It's like this song is about something completely different. And of course, this is an excellent basis for improvisation and training in arrangement and piano playing skills.
