- Watch our new video featuring the evolution of this cabin mockup: • Dassault's Falcon 10X ...
Last year, Dassault announced its Falcon 10X, which offers the largest cabin cross section of any purpose-built business jet, at nine feet, one inch wide and six feet, eight inches tall. The expanse of the fuselage has allowed the designers to explore new ideas, and in some ways, break away from traditional aircraft design. The goal is to maximize passenger comfort and convenience on long flights.
The customer can customize nearly every aspect of the interior, and Dassault recently displayed a new configuration. Industrial designer Agnés Gervais took us through the French company’s cabin mock-up and explained the philosophy behind the design.

There’s just something special about the Dassault aircraft!
A breath of fresh air in interior design, the traditional interiors of old not only look old, feel old and are 🤢, this however 🫠 so cosy 🤗
At this point it’s just a apartment in the sky.
And it moves at a decent rate of speed to connect continents. Owners wealthy enough to own and operate a jet at this level of comfort and performance have, in effect, personal air transport. At the moment, even first-class commercial air travel is crowded and rushed.
Love the windows, range, space, cabin pressure and a shower. Yes please can I have it for a month.
I'm FASCINATED to see such a young woman in such a leading role with the manufacturer. What an exciting opportunity for you!
Nepotism
Trees are the most sustainable building materials available to man. Do the research fully and this fact will prevail. Regardless, Dassault has the most beautiful wood work I have ever seen. I can't even believe ever piece is handmade. Truly amazing!
This is a nice Falcon jet!
good aircraft and nice looking interior.
I love this plane its so sweet
Brilliant design. Very forward thinking and comfortable.
Beautiful
Astonishing! 💯
The best private jet
MashaAllah, its a luxury meets functionality..defenitely want to try once
Great interior loved it
Looking very nice.
👨🏼🎨🧑🏽🎨❤aeronautical work of art..
Excelente Extraordinário excelente 🙆🏿♂️👀🇧🇷💰
I love those falcon jets mainly because of the third engine, makes the ride seem safer. This newer model has a nice modern kitchen and staff space upfront, the flooring is classy. I love that corporate pod, I'm assuming the entire plane wouldn't be designed with pods but one or two pods seems like an exclusive alternative seating option for shared flights. I love the side panels and hidden individual tables. I love the living room space, the bedroom and bathroom with shower. I'm not too crazy about the choice of chair. Maybe the chairs are more conformable than they look but they appear to be less bulky which helps create space I guess, but they still look uncomfortable. Are you able to adjust these seats into beds? Overall beautiful machine but the seats might not be ideal, if buyers can swap out the seats for their preferred seat that would be great. Just my opinion!
This one is designed with 2 engines though.
@@Pilotfarmand I know. I'm saying in general I like their jets with three engines.
3 engines are not necessarily more safe. A plane has to be able to climb with one engine going out. The main advantage of 3 engines, is that the engines don't have to be oversized that much.
MAGNIFICENT JOB BY THE WAY WITH THIS DESIGN, BRAVO TO THIS TEAM
Best looking exterior, widest cabin in its class. That's a great headstart but somehow, they managed to mess up the seats. Nuage seats are light years ahead of this.
Beautiful.
BEST BUSINESS JETS, EVER MANUFACTURED, OR FLOWN ON THE PLANET!!! 😎😎✈✈✈Commander ENO ENODINNI OTU.
Damn this plane is 🔥🔥🔥
UNRIVALLED DNA..... ✈✈✈✈
I'm Definitely adding it to my gulfstream G-800.
Awesome
these even a bit wider than Lineage-1000
.....and wondering if the cabin configured on;
1. Front; Left Hand Galley & Right Hand Club Seat crew rest, which doubled as lounge for passengers & can be converted into Medevac Modules with overhead Medical equipment
2. Mid; Conference-Dinning opposite a Credenza with Huge "Rolled-Down" (rollable) Screen
3. Aft; Fixbed opposite a Chaise which doubled as proper Massage bed
4. Bathroom;
~ move Shower to Centre-aft to give more spacious headroom with wooden bench which doubled as Hammam/ Sauna
~ replaced current shower position with stackable-foldable multi function Gym stuff
.....thus the owner would be totally retreat during 14-16hrs flight
gym/hammam on a plane sounds like a hazard
I loved, to soon...
45 minute shower capacity. Elaborate for a plane :) I guess with a certain diffuser the flow rate can be moderate so the weight burden on the plane isn't significant.
With a fuel capacity of 51,000 lbs, and a maximums takeoff weight of 115,000 lbs, I don’t think that a little extra water is too big a deal. I fly the Falcon 900EX for over 20 years, and our potable water tank is just over 14 gallons and we are only 49,000 lbs maximum
One of the big selling points of the X series was three engines. While I understand the need to reduce costs and emissions, I believe the people who have/had a 7x, MAY look at other manufacturers for a replacement.
Parts and trained crew are more widely available for Gulfstream, Citation, Bombardier - hence why the big charter/fractional boys use them.
Great Going 10X
Truly
DASSAULT OLIVIER IAM 🇲🇫
I will buy this gadget.
I prefer the first version shown of the Falcon 10X interior.
Looks like a yatch design, with too much different monochrome seats.
There is a lack of coherence between the different spaces.
Black and white marble in the front space is off topic.
The cockpit is a Space X copy with blue ambient light as you find in some cars (vulgar by the way).
Have a look of the interior of the Falcon 7X made by BMW design, to have a better understanding of my opinion.
Why doesn't the 10X doesn't have a third engine like the 7 and 8X?
So where's the luxury edition? That one feels like I'm traveling with 5 kids under age 6.
having 5 kids is a luxury
his is the best o all w have seen i want to purchae 3 and several leasewe need to choose interior
Yes...🎉....
Wicked plane. Make sure and learn to fly your own plane too...you never know what could happen
This size requires 2 pilots. So even if you know how to fly, you need another pilot.
Good enough for T&T? Good enough for me! 😊
Dassault brought to you by IKEA...
1000% agree
Ikia is nice
Omg that's what I said.
She acts like she’s some genius designing a tiny space.
The chair looks modern, but I doubt whether that hand rest will be comfortable? 🤔
never showed if the seats recline, not sure how they would..
Looks like a daycare center!
I'm setting up a Go Fund Me Falcon 10x page.
I don't know, this is different and best
Cabin width n cabin height of falcon 10x is wider n higher than bombardier n gulfstream's flagship global 8000 g800.
With 7500 nm range
But Global 8000 will have extra 500nm of range and slightly faster. Hard to choose between the 2
@@cicaklaut Most planes in this range will basically make it to the same airports. I live near San Francisco. Unless you're going from SFO to Singapore the extra 500nm is useless for the most part. The 10x can go from SFO to Tokyo, Australia and Western Europe. All of south America. Not that I can afford this plane it would be good enough for my needs. having lived in Europe and Japan, However my wife is from Singapore LOL. I'm 6'6", which makes this the idea plane. One last note, many of these planes actually can go further than advertise, but because of max passengers and weight they have to be conservative. I think If My wife and I were the only ones flying . The trip from SFO to Singapore might be possible.
@@TChalla007 each crew can only fly 8 hours. you would need a 2nd set on board which would make it feel cramped
la douches avec des hublots 👍😁
WHAT ARE THE CONNECTIVITY CAPABILITIES OF THE 10X. IS THERE ANY LAG OR INTERUPTIONS WITH NETWORK PROVIDERS WHEN CROSSING BOARDERS? KIND REGARDS BEN FROM NZ 👌👌😎
these aircraft use the Inmarsat network of satellites. World wide coverage and very little buffering or interruption issues. There are different subscriptions based on speed and data allowance. Unlimited subscriptions can cost an operator 350,000.00 plus per year. Thnose charges are just data charges. The yearly cost for cabin entertain content can go much higher if you choose to go with different movie subscriptions etc.
They can also use the ground based system for US domestic use if they choose to install that additional system.
@@papadelta1791 very informative, thank you very much 🙏🏿
Gulfstream branding @ 6:21 ?
Wowwwwwwwwwww
Impressive how good her accent is but still sounds very French based, translating straight from FRA in ENGLISH!
And the level of decadence is stunning… “this is a bathroom and we want to treat it as a bathroom”!
Seats do not look as comfortable as a Gulfstream. ?
10:52 pm 9/16/2022
😱😱😱😱😱😱😍😍😍😍😍😍
This exact this
Order one and it is coming in 2027!😊
Although the cabin decor is absolutely hideous and colorless, I'm sure the rest of that sled is very nice.
There's no accounting for taste, but when you order yours, you'll be able to specify whatever decor you'd like. Thanks for watching!
Let us know what yours look like, Todd.
@@maxsdad538 Todd is not here. He left this morning. The cabin decor is made up mostly of several bright and dark shades of green, some natural earthy colors and a splash of purple and burgundy. Reminds me a little of a tropical setting. Unable to post pics here.
@@AINvideoMost definitely no accounting for taste.
Where are the tri engines?
Brilliant. design. I don't understand why, instead of a bed. Make two extra wide seats on each side that can lay flat. Like on something like Emirates, Qatar, Singapore. Two people aren't sleeping comfortably on most double beds where you can only exit from one side. Most flight the bed probably won't be used.
sit together on it.
There’s an option for seats
@@David73694 I'd probably have two of the larger pods.
Price?
75 million on the base configuration, with extras can easily go up to 100 million. A bargain.
2025??? Long time away??
น่าจะได้มา 4 ถึง 5
private jet faster then big commercial planes
A380 first class 3 minute shower
Those seats look modern…aka…uncomfortable…
We can do that later
That crew rest area is inadequate and small.
Looks more of house than plane
Probably the most harful way to travel for the environment!
Ok envoyé moi dix-sept avions ultra Luxe en Algérie fissa.👍❤️
La certification n'est pas valable pour une décharge
since arbus announced the ACJ 2020 business jet i feel like gulfstreem and falcon jets are not a logical pick anymore
Passenger Van vs Ferrari - ACJ 220 has the room and comfort but doesn't compare with the performance. The Gulfstream / Global / Falcon flagships have a range of 7500 vs 5500, fly at up to 510 vs 410 and .85 vs .8 lrc. They both have their strengths but different DNA.
ACJ doesn't have the range of either plane or the headroom of 10x. The all have 4+ quadrants that can be designed similar.
@@stevensims8922 Not the headroom of the 10X
I like a 15 minute shower, I must have one of these..
I would have trouble selecting a 10x over an A Two Twenty or even a BBJ. The 10x is faster but the ATT is bigger.
I suspect if I had the option and felt like I was going to be doing a lot of NYC to Tokyo or Dubai. I think I would go with the ATT or G800.
I guess the market well tell us if such a large business only jet model is really worth it.
🛩
i like acj 220 more
I find it hard to believe that pilots voted to have their rest quarters immediately across the galley.
Love the look of all your jets but the furnishings in this model seem too modern and makes the interior look “cheap” IMO
It’s all good but it’s looking more like a luxury train than a 50m private jet …
Not so excited about the interior finishes, appears like cheaper materials are used. Reminds me of Ikea, not my cup of tea, but reading other commenters seems like others like it.
Tables need some work.
I think g700 and global 7500 interior is much better.
Those seats don't look as comfortable as the ones on the G700 look.
Rather uninspiring I thought. Looks like an airport lounge from the 90s.
70s
Design intérieur Quelconque….
Love the falcon 10x especially the cockpit but the interior is a IKEA nightmare! 75million and they used ikea for the interior design! They need to drop the modern design and go with some leather Gulf Stream style reclining seats and exotic hardwood. If it was mine to design I would go with the larger bedroom/shower and put a U or L shaped couch with a giant TV instead of the table . Do a coffee table similar to the sailboat oyster 745 that turns into a table or bed .For the money a bombardier 8000/7000 or G700 is sooo much better just because the interior ! If falcon needs help designing their interior I’m available!
Your brain works sometimes? It's just an option, there are others configurations, we even have some photos in this video. 🙄
@@Thunderworks I have seen the options. The nicest options are still from Ikia lol. How can you spend 75 million and not have fully reclining seats? Everything should be cross functional for that amount of money. Seats turn to beds . Tables turn to beds . Ect . I could design it better.
bro-unreal . goodbye!,🖖
Love the airplane, dislike these interiors. Looks like it’s been designed by IKEA ! 🤦🏽♂️
still a paper plane
Looks like a cheap movie set...
If you’re going to make a stupid comment, spell it correctly.
I agree with you.
Just here to read all the cringe and pathetic comments from people who talk like they will actually ride this aircraft let alone own one.. guess what, you will never get near one or look out the windows of these types of aircrafts.. They are exclusively for the better people of this world who owns you..
I do not like her design. I have flown on many many private jets, and I didn’t like the designs of the seat and the compartment for the pilots they should have more room.
Horrible seats, looks cheap
Ugly colors. What is that - grey, black and blue seats?
Soulless
If you look at a Gulfstream G 700 or a Bombardier Global 8000, this Falcon looks very „cheap“
Waste of energy and of our planet ressources .. for people that do not deserve it ..
