The screw in the steering wheel trim probably isn't missing. It screws through the rear trim and into a receiver sprue on the front trim. These plastic sprues snap. Glue in a piece of wood to the inside of the front trim (hot glue works well) and then screw through the rear trim hole into the wood.

You were right (this is quite an old video) - the plastic sprue had snapped / been damaged. We have bonded it down with PUFLEX

Air in the ABS module - you may need to pressure bleed whilst forcing the ABS to fire

Well considering how many times Lanoguard was mentioned in this video, I too think that the Lanoguard lady should send you one of their fancy kits for testing. And I hope this gives them a nudge to help you out.
