    That night market appears to be a bit more expensive than the naka and old town Phuket market

      Yes, Kata Night Market is much closer to the tourists than the other markets. That is what I have noticed price wise.

    Those yellow mangoes are very expensive over here in the UK. I couldn't understand how much they are at that market. How much are they?

      The yellow Mangos go for 30 - 60 Baht a kilo depending upon which ones you get. So that works out to $1.00 - 2.00 USD per kilo, although the price will increase once mango season ends, then more like 60 - 80 Baht kilo.

      @@travelingfrogman when does mango season end?

      @travelingfrogman  3 месяца назад

      @@mancunianinlondon There's really no end of season for Mangos, this time of year is main harvest season so plenty of Mangos on the cheap, but summer time here the price goes up due to non seasonal.

      @@travelingfrogman I love yellow mangos. Are the green ones also sweet? I am confused. I have a mango obsession and plan to satisfy it when I visit in June

      @mancunianinlondon Mangos are my favorite also! The Green mango are a bit hard in texture and have slight sweet/sour taste although when you let them sit out for 2-3 days they will rippen and start to become more sweet. So the yellow are sweet and green are sweet/sour taste. Thailand Mangos are best! 😊@@mancunianinlondon

      Yes, agree from what I have noticed, they definitely cater to Westerners.
