I have the pinty version of this on my 12 gauge bullpup. Works great and holds up to recoil.

Handling the repeated recoil is the most important part when you're mounting it on a shotgun. I'm glad to hear that, as I've not run enough rounds through my 870 with it yet to determine how well it handles long term recoil. Thanks for letting us know.

This is true, and functionally it worked well but the green really clashes with my more monotone aesthetic.
