As for the Ford Edge, you don't even need to explain the issues, it's a Car model from an American brand, it's hit or miss with any American Car models, some models are reliable and amazing, others are crap.

It is the average Joe car, needs minimal special attention to maintenence details. A very good car for first time car owners and with 5m of course you'll find a "Toks Standard" one.
please make a review on Nissan Maxima 2004-2006 model. i think we are really underrating the car, it has everything nigeria road needs(handles bad roads seamlessly) Been using it for a while now as my daily driver and it's superb, Got almost 300,000 miles on it and its still pushing fantastically. i,d say its in the same class as the ES350(faster than es350 tho lol i've raced it with one that has less than 100k miles)

Yes, indeed. I currently own one that I just put up for sale here in Abuja. The car served me well, never EVER put me on the road. Change oil & filter, change brake pads and other simple maintenance then you are good to go

For the Passat, it is best enjoyed at low mileages because of the turbo charged engine that tends to fail as the car gets older...the passat is a great car but very expensive to maintaina and find seasoned technicians for in Nigeria. If you are buying a clean tokunbo unit with sub 70k mileage than it will be one of the best cars you will ever own.

Yes i'd say, as long as it has a good servicing history, then i think you're good to go. Muscle engines are one of the best, mileage can go as long as possible as long as u take care of ur engine. just saying...
