An itchy back could also be something called notalgia paresthetica (heard about it from a dr dray video). And yes to the turning on the heat until it gets warm and then turning it off (because no one needs to pay that much more to the energy company).

Um, I’ve been doing these steps.. however before exiting the shower I switch from warm water to cold water and then use my body moisturizers .. my skin loves this ..

I started moisturizing in the shower during the colder months. Pat drying first and lather up. That cold air hits me after I leave the bathroom, instant ash! 😂😂

I was never a hot shower girl, but loved occasional warm baths with epsom salts. Does anyone have feedback on Bioderma body wash with the oil? Is that one good?

I have used it and really liked it and found it effective. It is fragranced though. I quite liked the fragrance but I know not everyone likes fragranced products.
