You can start with Blxckie ft Lucasraps- Big Time Sh’Lappa, Nasty C ft Asap Ferg-King , and w hole lot of Amapiano (a genre created in South Africa going viral at the moment across the world)
Can you recommend me amapiano artists? I know Casper Nyovest and one or two others but absolutely love the sound. Greetings from Ireland
@@oclarke31 That’s kl! Yes Casper is actually a hip hop artist but house and amapiano and that sort of sound come naturally for him too. I would suggest starting with Samthing Soweto, jazzi Disciples and sha sha, I feel like they really got the genre out there in the beginning. Then move onto Kamo Mpela (she’s a great dancer/choreographer too), Pabi Cooper, Boohle, felo tee, lady Du, Ami Faku, Sino Msolo (in a lot of features, sooo underrated).Then some DJs/producers who actually get the same recognition as artists- Dj Maphorisa (he does it all from hip hop to house to Amapiano probably the most famous and high up in the industry ) Mellow and sleazy, Virgo deep, JazziQ, Dnb Gogo, Uncle Waffles.
There are sooo many more…. I’m abit obessessed, sorry for going on a tangent!!
