  • We put a mobile home on this piece of property, and then had to install the plumbing and sewer pipes to the septic system. The trailer already has waste pipes in it but a lot of it had to be reworked!

I lo e seeing the difference in plumbing codes with location . Where im at we are not allowed a tee wye fitting at the bottom of a drop with a cleanout . We have to use a wye fitting with a 45 to keep the flow moving smoothly. Same as water lines in outside walls not allowed cause of our very cold winters . Enjoying the reno keep them coming 👍

Wow so easy to dig sandy soil... My location is mostly hard clay with lots of rocks and very hard to dig.

Sand is a blessing and a curse all at the same time. It’s a blessing when you need to dig in it but if you trying to grow something in it, the nutrients will not stay in it.

Yes, if it is new enough for you to move it, move it to your land where you’re not paying a fee for it sitting on somebody else’s land

You really want to move it before you start fixing it because once you move it it’s gonna have damage from the move

@@mybrotherdonnie what is the requirements to move it? Especially while being fixed? Can and should I move it before getting any of the utilities? Land is raw and near Monroe area. Has electric at road, I assume city water and would need a septic.

@@mybrotherdonnie I’m in nc. So basically I have to fill out an application. The only issue I have right now is that I have to have a foundation (I’m assuming) prior to moving my mobile home. Can you give an estimate on how much that would cost in nc. This has been something I’ve been working on for 4 years (buying the land , clearing it by hand and purchasing my mobile home) thank you so much and your responses are meditated on
