How to Do a Full Body Kettlebell Workout

  • Set the clock resting as needed see how long it takes you to complete the following circuit.
    10 KB Deads 💀
    20 KB Push-ups
    20 KB Halos
    20 KB Squats
    10 KB Palm ✋ Presses
    20 KB Gorilla 🦍 Rows
    x 6 total cycles
    Scale the KB to your ability level for each movement. Any questions as always just ask we are here to answer.

    Disclaimer: Proper palm press with decent weight of Kettlebell is deceptively difficult. Dont take it lightly.

    Amazing routine! One thing though, try to really get a deep stretch with those halos. Really try to open up those shoulder while staying engaged.

    Good stuff, I did 4 rounds with 25 lb kbells.. I'm feeling nice and swole.. Gonna work my way up.

    beginners should go very light on the overhead press. it’s super easy to hurt your shoulder if you’re untrained

    If you do this for months and the results don't come, either you are not putting in 100%, or you are doing something wrong and will need to adjust or get help with it.

      I have a 35 and 45 lbs. Good to have variety but they are close enough to do anything simultaneously. I also have a 20lb

      All of these exercises he showed ae dumb ,what is the point of training with kettlebells when u could do all these with dumbells??? kettlebells are meant to be used for training rotational motions with long swing arms..dont get this ,this is just fooling the gullable

      Start with pushups on an incline, with hands on the edge of a bench or a horizontal pole or something. Can get your chest and tri’s working and building up to doing normal pushups

      start light and progress over time

      I would start light, and master the form, first. You will see results with consistency as your mind work to recruit more muscle fibers and you develop the muscle memory to safely work the pattern. Then you can safely add to the weight to keep it challenging. Remember, you can’t get fit in a day. Start light and build to the fitness level you want to achieve.

      @@JeremyScottFitnesswhat’s the reason for your palm position in the kettlebell pushups? Typically use to seeing hands the opposite way or a 45, maybe parallel, never really seen anyone do them palms away?

    Issue I have is you simply substituted dumbbells with Kettlebells. How about doing an actual KB workout complex. Cleans, push press, snatches, TKUs, swings.
