Appreciate the officer from Portland who treated those addicts just like you would treat anyone else. No condescending tone and it seemed like he genuinely wanted to see those guys figure it out. I’m a recovering addict myself and in that life you have police interactions, it goes a long way and I know I treat the cops with the respect I expect in return.

I’m not a doctor but I’ve never heard of anyone having a seizure being able to walk from the car to the grass. Then being able to turn over on their side when given instruction to do so. But that’s just my opinion. Seems a little suspicious.
My sister was epileptic, and at the beginning of a seizure her eyes would roll in the back of her head and she would start convulsing, but for a good minute into it, she would be completely conscious and aware of what was going on and could kind of talk. After like 30 seconds to a minute she would really start convulsing and would be unconscious. It actually looked very similar to what that lady was doing.

When I was in rehab, an ex RCMP officer who is 40 years of age at the time had to have his father on July 4 when the fireworks were going on come collect him because he relapsed with the fireworks exploding and his father was approximately 60s 70 years old something like that food for thought
I probably should’ve been dead I don’t remember anything, but I was told that I had two seizures in an ambulance the only thing I really remember was waking up and being told that I had been sleeping for two days and I couldn’t remember anything anything at all It’s pretty scary.

She was overdosed. Swallowing everything. He used the term seizure but he did it right. She was coherent at first, then she started to die.
It's a well tried manoeuvre to avoid dealing with the police at the time of arrest.
When you're withdrawing from benzodiazapine drugs, that is not uncommon. Soon they will be in full blown seizure mode...
