@@siddisrinuvaasulareddy1325 Antenna ratio is directly proportional to the metal area which is connected to the gate.. area means length* width. So here decrease the length not possible in layout design because I am having experience in that... if we decrease the metal width we can reduce the antenna effect ... If there is not much more place we will decrease the width of metal which is affected by the antenna in layout design at the top level.

What if the antenna violation is on the topmost layer??? How do you solve antenna violations for vias?
which charges will get accumulate on metals? either poitive or negative charges

What do you mean by not possible? You need to make one of those possible. That's the job of PD engineers 😀
