Love this video. I have the stock rims and tires, 255/75/17, do I need wheel spacers for the 2.5 in lift?
Not if you continue to run the stock tires
What do you think of the rough country lift kit now that you have been using it? I’m considering a 3.5” rough country lift but there are so many mixed reviews from jeepers on good or crappy.
Do you see any death wobble? Do you see any wander while driving from this lift? Has anything broken or become concerning? Would you put it on again?
I still stand behind rough country to this day.
Jeep hasn’t skipped a beat since the install. We’ve had plenty of on and off-road seat time & I have zero complaints.
Dual Steering Stabilizers by RC will help with that. Im getting some for my 2.5" lift, they're not a bad price either
did you feel the need for a adjustable track bar for front and track bar bracket for rear with the 2.5 inch lift or nah? my wife isnt gonna be doing much other than going out on beach with jeep here an there so didnt know if you personally felt like you need one.
The bracket should compensate
They have a leveling kit for jeeps if I put a lift kit on it will a leveling kit still be needed as well or will the kit level it out
Dale, are you still looking for an answer to your question?
I've been looking into this kit. Some research says that you need the rear track bar bracket and then the front adjustable track bar. I noticed you installed neither. How much off centerline are the axles?
I have the same kit..i did use a rear track bar bracket and front..i also used front lower control arm brackets...
Also...i dont really care for the lift...rides to rough...
Hi Josh! I have seen the same researchs as you. Did you have an experience with this or other lift kit? Is necessary to use the brackets to keep the geometry in the axles? Or this is not a big problem?
@@davidbaide8293 I don’t have any left yet.
Been eyeing a 2.5” teraflex lift, why is RC better? Nee to jeeps, just wanna be informed. Thanks!
