When I was (a lot) younger, and Bomfunk MC's were at the top of their game, I organised a gig for them in our local venue and was surprised to see that they actually performed with a live drummer and bass player which made it even cooler. Good job :)

The craziest part is how in time he is even down to the smallest subdivisions. 100 people could "play" this, but only sound a fraction as good

It is so weird seeing Freestyler making rounds on the internet again. We used to practice break dancing to this tune pre Y2K in school and basically everywhere.
This video really took me back. Back 15 years, when I was watching Cobus produce some sick drum covers and learning from it.
The only difference is, that now I know a lot more about drumming and this is a praise.
24 seconds in and I feel exactly as excited and awed as I did 15 years ago. Surely anyone can do covers, but your's are something special.

Every time I watch your videos I get the same feeling I had when I watched John Petrucci after I started playing guitar.
My brain just can't comprehend the precision and timing you got down. Unbelievable. Everything sounds robotic - but not the bad kind of robotic, if you know what I mean.
It sounds like it could not have been played better.
The speed of yours hands is insane and not just limited to banging drums, but tossing in stick tricks and the chokes as well. Fucking insane man. Love your work so damn much.

Amazing as always. But, who knew Bomfunk MC's was a Finnish band? They had several hits in Europe in the 90's. I had this as a ring tone on my Nokia 3210

Man i used to listen to this song so much when i was back in Russia and when first moving to the US , (2001-2002) , and noone knew these guys and not many liked the electronic stuff. I knew then that in ten years electronic music would dominate the music scene here and look now!
