VW Sharan MK2 (7N) power trunk position programming

How to program maximum height of the electric trunk in Volkswagen #Sharan MK2 (7N) to prevent from hitting the roof in a limited height parking space or for your own convenience if you are having trouble reaching the closing button when the #trunk is fully open.
ℹ️ You don't need diagnostic interface to calibrate trunk door top position. Tools like OBDeleven, VCDS, VAP, ODIS, VAS can be helpful, but in this case you don't need any of those, or even don't need to visit garage for repair service. Just follow this DIY tutorial.
🚗 The same procedure should work both in Volkswagen Sharan MK2 and in Seat Alhambra MK2.
ℹ️ Open the trunk, press the closing button. As the trunk will start to close, press the button again and the trunk door will stop at desired height. Now press and hold the button to store this height. Wait for confirmation sound and release the button.
If you want to increase maximum position of the power gate, push it upwards to desired hight, next press and hold closing button to store this position. Wait for confirmation sound and release the button when the #programming is done.

Thank you for this giude, it also works well on the 2011 version of the car to eliminate the truck sagging and closing automatically by lowering the maximum aparature of the lid which is a issue that appears over time on this car
