    One question: 5 minutes of steam it is really enough? I guess if I steam it more, probably it will be a lot less soft, but I'm a little bit scared about the chicken livers. I'm not worried about eggs or foie gras, just the livers.

      Thanks for the comment! About 5 mins should be enough time for a piece that size. Although there are variables involved such as temperature of the steam, surface area etc. Chicken livers are actually delicious when prepared correctly! If you want a more delicate flavour, you can soak them in milk overnight as well. Happy cooking!
