Hannah is genuinely mean! Perfect example of that person you meet in real life that had to grow up super fast, and they think they're more mature than everyone else they meet. It's the whole "I've been paying bills since I was 16 mentality, you don't know anything about life" rhetoric.
You’re 100% right and she won’t get grilled by the Lacheys for how mean, rude and condescending she was to Nick. The most they’ll talk about is the duck riding thing and STILL not even bring up that she lied saying that the older woman said “oh looks like your girl is a jealous little bitch” when all she said was “oh she’s jealous, don’t be jealous” 😂
The audacity for an unemployed Hannah acting like he isn't pulling his weight. She also strikes me as super insecure. She wants a big tall guy to make her feel small because she is still insecure about her Covid era weight gain.
She withheld things from him, lied to herself about how much she liked him, skewed the truth often in order to make him look bad, wildly embellished the duck story etc etc. She isn't honest at all.
I'm not capping for Nick...clearly he is giving off a vibe to all the women that re-affirms Hannah's feelings and he's not doing the extra bit regarding responsibilities. However, she is so damn condescending and ground him to dust with her constant negativity on camera. And I'm highlighting the on-camera aspect because the way she talked about his bedroom inactivity during the group date absolutely sickened me. She had no respect for him at all and when Katie essentially delivered the same message to him about him being flirtatious and not mature at this point but highlighted his positive aspects left me so refreshed because that's how someone should talk to anyone they care about regarding their flaws. Tim and Alex are just the reverse of Nick and Hannah lol
I think Nick is immature and sheltered more than most, but most of Hannah's "stated" issues with him are manageable, teachable skills. I don't fault her or anyone for opting out of "raising a man" but it is unfortunately fairly common that partners (especially women in heterosexual relationships) often find themselves needing to teach their lover how to actually be a partner and share the burden of building a home. Hannah's issues - well, everyone else has covered them. Bottom line, she has just as much work ahead of her, if not more, than the guy she's been busy belittling.
#garretttruther he messed up by lying by omission. but i think off camera he explained his response and how he shut it down so it was all good. i don't think he had any ill intent and even on camera he gave her grace in arguments. so all good still rooting for them
I don’t think he did anything wrong and her reaction was so whinny. Look we never seen Taylor get upset sending an FYI text getting married. How is this wrong? Not everyone hates their ex.
@@flowersforme375 I think it is more that she felt she couldn't trust him, and as Mina and David pointed out, my guy was not in a relationship since 2016, basically man and his social cues are dead. Taylor also has huge trust issues with regards to ex and you add in extra pressure of meeting the parents next day, and whole wedding planning issues. so basically everything piling on, and she lost her stoic self
I have a few takeaways… 1. Nick should have been coached by Tim on how to dismiss an unruly chick with the quickness. Tim did what y’all probably wish Nick should have done to Hannah. I guess he really was worried about his brand. And let’s not normalize putting a man down for shooting not to be a munch. Are we really encouraging guys to snack on abusive big backs? 2. I’m betting Tyler gonna have presidential level PR coaching to finesse out of the scandal the public viewers are looking to indict him on. I think there is more to the story that can lead to his redemption if brought to light with proper context. I’m rooting for a comeback just to have a lot of haters looking goofy asf. 3. Marissa and Rambo… just ain’t feeling it. That lust stage is over and the chameleons don’t recognize each other anymore. As presented, they are not admitting it at the moment. Marissa presented as a fun girl and led with sex when they met. Keep in mind that a woman leading with sex to a highly sexual guy is like a guy leading with his wallet with a gold digger and then suddenly asking her to go Dutch. believe she got burned out from smashing Rambo for reasons known and unknown. Rambo appears to now look and feel bad and it sucks because he presented as a liberal feminist world healer or whatever. This relationship now just seems so bizarre. 4. Glad G recovered from that bumbling lie by omission. That was cringe to watch. Love and learn. Taylor’s alleged unhealed ex trauma almost caused a crash out. Glad they let logic prevail. Just goes to show that everyone can have red flags.
Hannah seemed almost unauthentically mean. Almost like she was just playing it up for the cameras. I don’t know how Tim & Alex even matched in the pods; they are oil and water personalities. Ramses is scared of Marissa’s Mom cutting off his balls, so he’s gaslighting her to get out of saying yes. He’s way too unaccepting and unwilling to compromise, which is a pillar of any healthy marriage. Ashley is too good to not find her happily ever after. She deserves all the good things, not a super villain (allegedly). Garrett and Taylor are still the only adult relationship here.
Okay so not related to the episode, but you should totally watch the Lauren and Cameron interview with Barnett and Amber! Kind of fascinating with them talking about production…
Hannah is absolutely nuts so it’s no wonder Nick doesn’t wanna do “certain stuff” with her. It’s prolly not that he doesn’t wanna please, he just doesn’t wanna please her
An old Facebook post from Tyler’s ex fiance surfaced where she explained why she called off the engagement. The first child was conceived in secret (to the ex fiancé at least) - she was at the baby shower, met the kid and Tyler never told her he was the father
Why was Hannah going on about not having the chance to show Nick her fun side? You're engaged to this man and presumably marrying him soon! Why haven't you shown him your fun side? Why are you holding back?
If you are simply a sperm donor then you can’t get sued for child support because the children created by your sperm are legally NOT YOUR KIDS. That is, if you do it contractually. Any sane person would have paper work legally drawn up and signed by all parties to have the donor give up parental rights BEFORE any sperm is donated. This whole Tyler situation is WILD.
Allegedly, the couple he donated to split up and he went to court to claim his parental rights! To go to that trouble to maintain parental rights (making yourself responsible for child support) and then fail to pay child support is wild.
Ramses is a failed F-boy alpha victim. Ashley lacks insight, isn't true to herself and doesn't live up to her own morals. Tyler....I don't even know what to say except gross. Both of them lied about their values, so of course there were other lies and of course Tyler knew he would get away with it. I think Ashley has hidden stuff, too but not three whole kids. Alex is scary. Tim was in the right to end things with her, though I don't like how he did it. Marissa is a mess and not smart at all. I agree with you guys about the rest.
I think Garret told Tyler and Ashley the story and responded the way Taylor said Garret should have responded. That’s why Taylor didn’t make more of it
@@flowersforme375I’m supposed to believe she had NO time to run off back home to clean from the time they returned to DC til Tim came over?? Idc, I’d make the time to tidy up my place up for someone I care about/want to impress before they come over for the first time. It’s just common courtesy. She didn’t care one ounce about that man.
The way the final fight between Marissa and rames looked, he looked super stressed and she’s in the bathroom and loud flush, I thought for sure she was pregnant. They are doing it Raw She said she’d be down to have his babies now and he was like hell naw.
Unlikely. It's been at most 3-4 weeks since they would have first had sex in Mexico. Even if she was pregnant, a pregnancy test wouldn't show up positive yet. Also didn't she mention PMS-ing and being on her period?
Why would the mother of those children want to put those kids out there like that? If there was a court case, it's public record. Wouldn't Netflix know that? If Netflix knew about that, then shame on them. Maybe Ashley will say "NO." I hope so. I can't wait for the reunion.
So like any rational person I cant stand Hannah, shes definitely in the wrong for the overwhelming majority of her interactions with Nick but i see alot of "wow her parents are so sweet, how did she turn out like this?" Her mother literally locked snacks away from her as a child and i think pretty clearly (given her insecurities) has made her physical identity a huge part of her psyche. Her mom was abusive and just cause she can put on a better face than Hannah about it on camera shouldnt excuse her actions. Hurt people hurt people, i dont think her mother is "very nice" just because she is better about being nice to Nick on camera. I think alot of Hannah's putdowns and abusiveness is likely learned behavior.
@@minakimes I can't speak to the majority of their actual personality obviously but I do think there's something to that story of the snacks being locked away to the point she felt the need to be vulnerable about it in the pods. She clearly has a lot of physical identity issues that she projects onto Nick and for a lot of folks, that comes from the parents. Locking away food is very similar to leaving a notepad with criticisms on the table. It's passive aggressive abuse under the lazy disguise of "helpful". Does this excuse Hannah? Absolutely not. But I just think the whole "her family seems lovely" angle is kind of short sighted, at least with her mother.
I get distracted when I watch sometimes and though I must’ve missed some of the heated moments leading up the “couch” sessions but nope. Your show proves the producers either got a little lazy with recording, these heated moments are only for patreon users, or too wild to air
Just want to say there could be editing about Tyler saying I don’t think so to something else. Because we don’t see Ashely like words coming out of her mouth say do they know what you look like. So seems like the producers spliced it. Watch the scene again. Not a Tyler defender just wanted to point that out cause there was a lot of editing flubs during these last two episodes.
Tim wasn’t over the first argument. You are going to quit me over working all day, talking to your parents for 4 hours and a 1 hour nap. He kept interrupting her and then saying let me talk. Tim is horrible. I’m glad Alex acted unbothered. Why was Garrett’s text a big issue, because he sent the ex a goodbye text I’m getting married. I see nothing wrong.
How is Tim horrible? We just throwing words around. He saw things he didn't like about her and decided it was better if he didn't waste her time. He laid her down respectfully. Should he have stuck with it knowing deep down he was gonna say no? Or is that also wrong like when Clay did it? Like cmon. I don't cape for the dude but horrible is an insane stretch. They were incompatible and both have some work to do. The sudden nature of the breakup aside I don't think he was wrong for walking away.

We can ALL AGREE, Hannah is the worst and no mom would let her son date someone like that.
I don’t understand why the duck 🦆 ride was a point of contention. Hannah was insulting and Nick couldn’t do right.
I don’t watch the show, but still love hearing Mina and Dennis describe and comment on the drama.
