    9 Best Dynamic Stretches to Warm Up Before Exercising | Joanna Soh
    Improve your mobility and range of motion with these basic dynamic stretches as your warm up before starting your workout. Stretching before exercising is extremely important to increase blood flow, warm the muscles and reduce risk of injuries. You will also be able to perform better in your workout and see results. So don't skip your warm up!
    Stretch Sequence: 45 secs Work - 15 secs Rest
    Stretches:
    1. Inchworm to Downward Dog
    2. Hip Flexor Rotation
    3. Three-Legged Dog Cross Crunch
    4. Twisted Chair Pose
    5. Forward Lunge with Rotation
    6. Standing Straight Leg Cross
    7. Side to Side Lunge
    8. Fire Hydrant to Kickback
    9. Plank to Bear

    I'm so depressed, I was only able to do two of these stretches... do you have a version for people with less flexibility and strength?

      No but you did great. You managed two, in a week you might do three, just take a little bit at a time, and instead of focusing on how many you did, instead focus on your form. You have startet your Journey, the only way now is forward, and you will see, you will get better.

    I'm sorry but this is not stretching this is a semi diynamic strength...
