These are my favorites!!!! I love walking down the road from my gramma's house on my way to the temple and see the ladies make these out in front of their house. I actually HAD to have some last month when I was in Ho Chi Minh City. So glad you post this :D
Delish! I recently had a similar food which was a banana wrapped in sweet sticky rice with a few beans and wrapped in banana leaves. I believe it's a Thai dessert. Anyhoos, this would be delish as a breakfast, snack or dessert, especially over Talenti coconut ice cream.
I lived in Hanoi for four years so watching these recipes is making me miss it so much! Love your channel :) Would also love some more vegan recipes like these where all the amazing fruits of Vietnam are used! Chuoi boc nep nuong cua chi trong ngon qua!!
+Helen's Recipes (Vietnamese Food) Sorry Helen, that must have sounded rude, I do apologise. It's just that they just looked a slightly different shape and colour. Maybe you were using a different focal length lens and/or different lighting/colour balance? I watch every one of your videos and I love them.
+Helen's Recipes (Vietnamese Food) Banana & mango are the only two fruits I've seen so far that go well with roast sticky rice wrap. I wonder if durian would be a good candidate for this dish. Would it be too mushy to hold its shape?
