- GOLDEN PERCH HAVE GONE MAD! We have not seen conditions like this since 2018, outstanding water clarity, average rainfalls and a good steady climb in air temps has seen Golden perch activity explode! Huge numbers of pre spawn Goldens are schooled up and keen to chew. We caught over 60 fish on this trip and what you will see here are the highlihgts of an unforgetable trip.

This is the best it’s been since 2018, the fish numbers and the water clarity is outstanding. You still have to find those concentrations and once you do it all on.

Always learning mate, this was a good fun edit. It’s not an easy job turning a 60 fish trip into 15 minutes so I’m glad it came out well.
Yes that was go pro footage underwater, I then polish it up in post.
