Bless Sigurd and Deirdre.
Sigurd kind of threw himself into balhalla in order to avoid further endangering the lives of the Silessian citizens. It ended up getting him killed. Even despite that, he still tells Seliph to put the common man above himself. Absolute legend.

Shedded a tear during that moment
This scene is one of the few times I've teared up during a video game, and cemented FE4 as my favorite Fire Emblem
The best moment in the entire franchise is this one.
“Seliph, listen, you must not forget the sorrow of the common man. For their struggle is your struggle, if you are to forget that, then this whole war would have been for naught.”
It shows how great both Sigurd and Seliph are, hands down the best fire emblem lords
Now all they need is a Goddamn remake
Love how this games hides its true morale. Haven't played it since some times but I remember some villager talking about loptr people being hunted like witches in agustria. Then a lot later, Seliph discovering messges written on a castle wall about loptr people persecutions. And then there's this part you have to have a guide to discover, where Sigurd basically tells Seliph that if he just becomes the next king, along with all his friends, without changing anything, the cicle of hatred will continue forever.
If you miss that scene, you could basically think that nothing changed, that Seliph and his friends just avenged their dead parents and that in some years later, there would be another war and so on... But that message. Along with the ture wnding showing the yied shrine being verdant again, after being a desert for so long gives you hope about how Seliph and his friends led the whole continent of Jugdral.
Man, you made me cry
Still the absolute greatest fire emblem and I'm pissed these old characters aren't getting much love. Fuck Robin and Corrin. We want Sigurd and Seliph.
Three houses is really giving off a Jugdral vibe and I absolutely love it
this aged well.
I said the exact same thing when the first trailer came out in 2018 that Three Houses gave me Genealogy of the Holy War vibes.
