    They have some crazy unique blades in both finish and material. Ive been eyeballing these for a while but havent picked one up yet so im happy to hear some positive words on them

    These are both Tanto blades, the Ultem version is more American tanto. Couple of good looking knives. Thanks.

    Strangely these became available in Australia 3months ago. I got the Chop II with Ultem / SLD Magic. My verdict - Not so Good... 😐Very slick looking blade but like you, the soft detent doesn't give a satisfying deployment. You really have to light switch with quite a bit of force or wrist. Also, the action seemed like something was always rubbing against something else. Nothing moved smoothly. The ultem also started to flex a bit, so when you press in the button, the spring would cause the opposite scale to start bending with an audible clicking. I don't know if the ones with different handle materials are better. End of rant. 🤐
