I believe that when I had a cervical MRI, I experienced an activation of my pineal gland. I first noticed that my mouth kept filling up with fluid which made it difficult to remain still (swallow or breathe - difficult during MRI). After the fluid swelling ended, a circular pearlescent white light open in my mind. I began speaking to both children, with a focus on the one I was concerned about (finish writing her dissertation). The light opened 3 times & I spoke words of love & encouragement into the light (I spoke these words without using my voice). When I arrived home 2 hours later, my daughter called me & told me she could not get my voice out of her head & that she was writing. Telepathic for a day & I have continued to change.

when i started meditation, i meditated for 1 hour everyday and i was consistent for almost 50 days. The first biggest change was dreams. i already tried alot of ways to get lucid dreams but nothing worked. now after meditating, the dreams weren't just vivid but they were real even more than real life. then i was stressed in my life and those dreams turned into nightmares like way too vivid and i could even feel physical sensations and pain in those dreams which even lasted after waking up. so eventually i had to stop meditating bcz i was way too scared to even sleep. maybe i should start again. i also had some really amazing dreams, now when i think about them it feels like they actually happened.
@@zayday6777 i think i have found the reason for it, when you meditate often you actually become more aware about your mind and body, which makes your aware of your supressed emotions and feelings that you were not aware of before. so if you meditate regularly then nightmares should be temporary. in the long run you should be fine. this might be the reason probably

I study biology and chemistry, with a special interest in biological & medicinal chemistry. This video names some correct parts of the body and then uses a lot of jargon and made-up organs & tissues to dupe you. 0:12 a tumour is tissue formed due to abnormal cell division. If we all have these tumours then it can't be abnormal and so isn't a tumour. Piezo-electric effect is a real thing but the explanation here is so flawed with so many errors and ambiguities. What is separating the positive and negative ions of the, 'crystal' to allow the effect to occur? What does it mean to say the pineal gland is, 'under a positive charge'?? does that mean that there is a positive internal membrane to the outer cells of the pineal gland compared to the extracellular electrochemistry or does it mean that the positive ions surround the gland??? To suggest that sound waves normally travel that deep into your brain AS SOUND WAVES and cause this effect is absurd. Sound waves are converted to electrical signals in your inner ear, sound waves can't make it to the brain through the skull on their own. Blue light is of a very short wavelength - around 450 NANOmetres. It will not penetrate through your skull, so this is also nonsense. By what mechanism does your pineal gland convert sound to blue light? Are these piezoelectric crystals basically the same as used in early crystal sets (early radios)? I'm guessing they function in basically the same way. If so, are they responsible for receiving telepathic communications from ETs that people have reported hearing? Also... So... what happens to you if your pineal gland has calcification cysts on it? Say you have to get your pine cone removed because of symptoms... are you eternally damned ? How would you produce DMT before dying? Will you have a phantom pineal gland if you meditate or pray extra hard?
I had a look at the paper, and. It's seriously lacking. The study only says that the crystals exist, and shows no data documenting any kind of physiological role. It's true that crystals have piezoelectric properties, because that's how the physics of crystals work. But the study authors' claim that they could react to electromagnetic radiation is pure speculation, and they don't even attempt to show data that this actually happens. The materials and methods section is pretty sus about how they're extracting these crystals from pineal glands- they bleached and sonicated, and resuspended into 100% ethanol before analysis, which is basically just begging for precipitation of extraction artifacts. I bet that they'd see the same kind of crystals coming out of extracts of any kind of tissue from anywhere, or maybe even from blank saline. Overall, from what I can tell, it looks like they put samples through conditions extremely likely to cause crystals to precipitate out, then photographed the crystals and claimed, apropos of nothing and with no supporting data, that these crystals are somehow transducers, receivers and sensors of electromagnetic radiation. None of those claims have any support, and I'm honestly still skeptical that these crystals exist at all. Of all the studies I've ever read, this is definitely bottom-tier and I'm astonished it got published at all. But I suppose quacks can and do often write science-shaped articles too. What would help the authors' case is electron microscopy documenting that these crystals are actually present in-situ inside cells, and not just in their bleached ethanol extractions. Documentation in live cells about what proteins and cellular structures connect to them would be interesting directions for further study, too, but so far the authors haven't even sufficiently proven that they even exist. If these crystals were present and active inside living cells, it should be super, super easy to freeze a piece of tissue, slice it, put it under the electron microscope and see the crystals inside the cell. There are plenty of cells that have crystals and inorganic stuff in them, plant cells for example use tiny grains as gravity sensors to help them tell which way is down, and they're super easy to see under the electron microscope. The fact that these initial papers have been out for 20+ years and they can't just show these crystals inside intact pineal gland cells speaks volumes about how they're actually just looking at a bunch of extraction debris

Sound waves are converted to electrical signals in your inner ear, sound waves can't make it to the brain through the skull on their own.
Blue light is of a very short wavelength - around 450 NANOmetres. It will not penetrate through your skull, so this is also nonsense. By what mechanism does your pineal gland convert sound to blue light? The pineal gland is a photoreceptor, so in some species it does act as a 'third eye' but it has to be connected to the surface of the organism to detect light. Human bodies do not produce light, this is also ridiculous.
What does it mean to say, 'your body comes into coherence with that which we are listening to'? Does that mean we are calm and the music is calm? The ambibgula is responsible for some emotion, yes, but this occurs through biochemical pathways.

The rest of the video is made, mostly, vague and ambiguous notions that are used to point towards their spirituality and give credence to what they have said. It is lacking any substance or evidence. I can't be bothered to pick through it all, but I would point out that these narrators don't know what they're talking about with one calling the nervous system the, 'neuronal system'. It's the nerve system/nervous system, composed of networks of neurons which you might call neural networks but neuronal networks is wrong because that means the system is related TO neurons and not composed OF neurons. What does it mean to say the neurons, 'vibrate'? Action potentials move along the neuron as the plasma membrane is depolarised (and then repolarised). There is no real vibration to speak of.

Are these piezoelectric crystals basically the same as used in early crystal sets (early radios)? I'm guessing they function in basically the same way. So... what happens to you if your pineal gland has calcification cysts on it?
Say you have to get your pine cone removed because of symptoms... are you eternally damned ? How would you produce DMT before dying? Will you have a phantom pineal gland if you meditate or pray extra hard?
I had a look at the paper, and. It's seriously lacking.
The study only says that the crystals exist, and shows no data documenting any kind of physiological role. It's true that crystals have piezoelectric properties, because that's how the physics of crystals work. But the study authors' claim that they could react to electromagnetic radiation is pure speculation, and they don't even attempt to show data that this actually happens.
The materials and methods section is pretty sus about how they're extracting these crystals from pineal glands- they bleached and sonicated, and resuspended into 100% ethanol before analysis, which is basically just begging for precipitation of extraction artifacts. I bet that they'd see the same kind of crystals coming out of extracts of any kind of tissue from anywhere, or maybe even from blank saline.
Overall, from what I can tell, it looks like they put samples through conditions extremely likely to cause crystals to precipitate out, then photographed the crystals and claimed, apropos of nothing and with no supporting data, that these crystals are somehow transducers, receivers and sensors of electromagnetic radiation.
None of those claims have any support, and I'm honestly still skeptical that these crystals exist at all.
Of all the studies I've ever read, this is definitely bottom-tier and I'm astonished it got published at all. But I suppose quacks can and do often write science-shaped articles too.
What would help the authors' case is electron microscopy documenting that these crystals are actually present in-situ inside cells, and not just in their bleached ethanol extractions. Documentation in live cells about what proteins and cellular structures connect to them would be interesting directions for further study, too, but so far the authors haven't even sufficiently proven that they even exist.
If these crystals were present and active inside living cells, it should be super, super easy to freeze a piece of tissue, slice it, put it under the electron microscope and see the crystals inside the cell. There are plenty of cells that have crystals and inorganic stuff in them, plant cells for example use tiny grains as gravity sensors to help them tell which way is down, and they're super easy to see under the electron microscope.
The fact that these initial papers have been out for 20+ years and they can't just show these crystals inside intact pineal gland cells speaks volumes about how they're actually just looking at a bunch of extraction debris

I'd like to know what anyone thinks seeing sinusoidal or fourier waves is. Right before i began to get healthier I saw orange fourier waves out of my peripheral vision. This was 2 or 3 yrs ago on a sunny day. I know one other person who is sick who says he has seen silver ones before and has white hair. I'm a ginger.
