I'm currently in this electric state, and have been for some months now. Feels like my whole body has actual electricity flowing through it. All I did was quit taking any pills, stopped drinking tap water(drink bottled spring water), quit alcohol, quit s*x, eating balanced meals and gym 5x a week. But oddly I only sleep 4 hours at night no matter what I do but have lucid dreams and wake up fresh. Never tired at all. People keep telling me I'm glowing.
Really dunno how to explain it, I'm always just ready, no procrastination, no lag, thinking is effortless and always feel like running.
Dunno if it's the gland or not but if I can give advice, quit booze, eat well, be physically active, talk to yourself often, share happiness as much as you can, quit social media, delete whatsapp, and once in a while spend a Saturday indoors and listen to yourself breath through your nose and try to follow in your imagination, the path each breath takes through your body. Trust me everything else will follow.

Is there any scientific studies that proove using muscles and breathing push spinda fluid to the brain? Is that a theory? Are the crystals the same as calcification? If the crystals are good why is there so much trying to decalcify the pineal gland? If spinal fluid moving in that direction does go to the pineal gland would it in be helpful to be upside down 🙃 like laying off the edge of a bed instead of the upright position? I would like to see the science of this research? Not that I doubt but that I am curious to learn more. 🤔 can anyone connect me with these studies? How would I speak with Dr. Joe Dispenza? I do believe there are some scientifically proven studies as well as some videos stating as much, I can’t swear by it but Dispenza does have several videos and interviews with other neuroscientists all over you tube! Hold for as long as possible without to much internal resistance… and then breathe out. Take a few seconds or however long till you feel comfortable and calm again.. then repeat 🔂. Do as many rounds as you see fit and see what happens. You ideally need to be consistent and do it regularly to get the most benefits.
I’m a bit anal and have done 10,20,30 mins of this type of breathing. As it stands, I feel as though my pineal gland is activated and it gives me a calm, loving, peaceful feeling. It’s as though it’s hard for me to stress about things now that it’s been activated. Surreal. I am so grateful for Dr Joe Dispenza ❤️🙌🏾

Hmmm, I know about third eye pressure, and I have not known what to do with it. It’s interesting to learn about the possibility of piezoelectric activation. Maybe I just need to have more experience sitting with that pressure in the forehead. I have been thinking the pressure is from blood. This guy tells us its cerebral spinal fluid. It was hard to relax the pressure when this first started happening to me in my meditation. It was sometimes painful if the pressure built too high. Not sure what makes the pressure build. It seems like it has a mind of its own.

As interesting and informative a video as this was, there was very little if any information on how to actually ACTIVATE the pineal gland, as the title would lead you to expect.
The information is there but it requires the practioner to activate by contraction, essentially activating a release of spiritual pressure that sends energy in the form of pressure to the pineal where the calcite crystals are compressed by that pressure to further stimulate the piezoelectrical effect to amplify pineal functions. I'd suggest watching the video a couple times over if you didn't get it at first.
The way they describe the resonance of calcite crystals with wifi and other emf waves that humans use can be described as synchronicity. I've had multiple moments where I've had my Spotify on shuffle and seconds before the next song starts, while the current one is ending, I'll imagine what song is coming on next and I'll hear it in my head as clearly as if it were playing, and to my surprise the very song I was thinking about starts playing. It made me realize that it's not that I changed the wave to match my frequency but I was riding the shuffle wave and could sense which song was next in line.

They didn't "just rip it out"; the body parts which were removed during the mummification process were removed carefully and with reverence, and placed in special containers ( called canopic jars) which were also stored in the tomb. While the body needed to be preserved for the afterlife, the Ka, or soul, was understood to reside the heart and the brain. Removal of internal organs is an essential part of the mummification process. In a hot climate, leaving them inside the body encourages rotting, rather than dessication ( drying out.)
