We all have our Christmas traditions. Some are good, some…not so good. Watch as this cast of characters tells the meaning they find in Christmas, then watch as Tommy shares a true story about a powerful realization he had one Christmas.
This video makes you think of why are we celebrating Christmas. My mom tells me every year that Christmas isn't about the gifts its about Jesus being born and I am thankful for having a loving mother that does that :)

Just watched your "Idol Worship" film. I could relate to that film. But this one leaves me puzzled. Have you decided to Ignore Deuteronomy 12:28 -32 ? Or how about Numbers 15:15. Do your really think that your Creator is pleased with being layered into the pagan holidays ? Would He be pleased to stand next to you at the craps tables in Vegas... just for "luck" ??? Can he be attached to ANY man made festival WE decide? Meditate and pray about the love He has shown, and truly pray for your heart to be opened to the Deuteronomy 12: 28-32 admonition. he is the SAME TODAY Tomorrow, and Forever. easter: named after a fertility goddess
christmas: found nowhere in Acts or Biblical writing but started by Constantine.
JESUS did not start christianity, man did.
JESUS came to reconcile the world back to a loving and Holy FATHER.
Study to show yourself approved. GOD is not mocked.
A man can choose a day as he wishes, but GOD'S WORD remains.

The Israelites built a golden calf at the base of Mt. Sinai intending to worship the God who had just brought them out of slavery. YHVH . When God looked down and saw what they were doing for Him... He was furious !!! He eliminated the confusion by telling us clearly how He desires for us to honor and worship Him . He give clear "How To's" and "What Not To's" in His word. Do not ADD.... Do not take away He says.
Don't forget (according to the bible) what Moses did in the name of God to the golden calf worshippers. He slaughtered every one of them brutally and torturously. Including melting down the golden calf and pouring the molten metal down their throats. How many Christians today would do such a thing to people who don't worship the god they believe in? I'm an atheist who's continuously grateful Christians and Jews do not practice the moral examples set forth in the OT bible. We still have our work cut out for us to civilize radical Muslims in similar fashion.

Read Deuteronomy 12:28-32 Really and truly ask The Creator to help you see what He is commanding, and why.
sweetsweatyfeet That sadly isn't mentioned in the Bible. In exodus 32, where this story unfolds, God does plan on killing them for abandoning him after being led out of Egypt through the middle of an ocean weeks earlier. But then we see this is just a test - Moses pleads with God, reminding him of forgiveness, and God spares most of them. Of the 2 million, 3000 people who, even after seeing god's judgement and learning of his forgiveness, continued in their sins (immorality etc.) were killed swiftly by the sword - but God never uses torture in the Bible (as far as I know). God is a God of love and forgiveness forgiveness - it's only when people refuse God's forgiveness that they face his just anger at them. We see this again and again in the Bible - particularly with the exile which was foretold by the prophets long before it happened. God is, to quote the Bible: "gracious, compassionate, slow to anger, rich in love".
🤦♀️ They were never intending to worship the true God. They were worshipping an idol. They knew well and good it wasn't the stupid statue of a golden calf that brought them out of Egypt. It is a story about idolatry. Plain and simple.
