      @@Rocking.sa2805yes, but the servings are big (in my opinion) so you may want to make them half size. Mine lasted longer than 4 days but only prep what you will eat so it’s fresher in taste

    2 teaspoon of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of origano, 1 tablespoon of dill, 2 tablespoons of lemon, half cup of red and green pepper, black, and the green olives, 2 tablespoons of onion.
    One cup of cooked orzo.
    One cup of salmon, with a topping of a baby Spanich and feta cheese.
    I’m not good in English so excuse me for mistakes 😂🤍

    Looks good, I would modify it for lower calories by doing 1 tablespoon of olive oil, half the olives, and a half cup of pasta. I would then add 2 cups of spinach. The recipe is great but it’s over 700 calories, by making simple switches you can get it to closer to 400 calories. Lots of great micronutrients though 😉 #advicefromadietitian

      I agree! It's such a clean meal and anyone who is bulking can easily add more protein and feta meanwhile those who want to be more conservative with calories can follow your advice :)!! For me personally I'd do what you said but since I don't like THAT many olives I'd do like 1/4 of this and add more cucumber, onion, spinach !!! Man I'm drooling just thinking about it 😊😅

      @@misselle1430 nope I only see pyrex glassware in supermarkets not meal prep/portion control glassware. The container store has them but they are like $25/separately.

    Just finished my last prepped serving of this. I omitted the chz & spinach (because I forgot to grab it at the store) and still this was absolutely delicious. I threw in a dash of black garlic and white truffle oil

    I’d have to replace the orzo with 3/4 spinach, and maybe corn and black beans. Can’t eat gluten. May try that this week!

      Orzo is pasta. It can be switched with gluten free pasta since this is basically a pasta salad

      But now that I’m thinking about it, this is probably amazing with corn as well. I saw a similar recipe with chicken and corn used instead of salmon and orzo

      @@FentyNavi Thank you! I’ve been about 90% grain free this month which is helping lower my carbs and inflammation. It feels really good! And, there are some yummy GF pastas out there, it’s a wonderful cheat day option. Thanks for the recommendation!

      You get the nutrients from the Spinach once its heated up. In raw state, OXALIC Acid prohibits the absorption of the nutrients like Iron and Calcium. IJS.

    Made this tonight. It was really good. I’m vegan so I made a few substitutions but I loved it. Hubby loved it so that’s a win for us. We subbed the salmon for tofu and he didn’t even realize it was tofu 😂

    Yas!!! I'm definitely going to try this?! It's like a Mediterranean salad with healthy protein. Yes! And a slice of water melon afterwards or a berry salad for that necessary subtle sweetness would be great after eating this. My husband would also like. Thank you for the inspiration ❤.

    I would leave out the orzo and cook the salmon a little less. I'd also use fresh herbs. Otherwise looks lovely and is a great idea 👍🏾

    After watching you make this I had to have it so I went to the store and purchased the items I didn’t already have and made it. Man when I tell you it is a delicious fresh and clean meal I love it. Thank you I can’t wait to see what else you come up with that’s so simple and yummy.
