One cup of cooked orzo. One cup of salmon, with a topping of a baby Spanich and feta cheese. I’m not good in English so excuse me for mistakes 😂🤍
Looks good, I would modify it for lower calories by doing 1 tablespoon of olive oil, half the olives, and a half cup of pasta. I would then add 2 cups of spinach. The recipe is great but it’s over 700 calories, by making simple switches you can get it to closer to 400 calories. Lots of great micronutrients though 😉 #advicefromadietitian
I agree! It's such a clean meal and anyone who is bulking can easily add more protein and feta meanwhile those who want to be more conservative with calories can follow your advice :)!! For me personally I'd do what you said but since I don't like THAT many olives I'd do like 1/4 of this and add more cucumber, onion, spinach !!! Man I'm drooling just thinking about it 😊😅

Just finished my last prepped serving of this. I omitted the chz & spinach (because I forgot to grab it at the store) and still this was absolutely delicious. I threw in a dash of black garlic and white truffle oil Thanks for sharing this recipe, it will be a staple in my work
But now that I’m thinking about it, this is probably amazing with corn as well. I saw a similar recipe with chicken and corn used instead of salmon and orzo

You get the nutrients from the Spinach once its heated up. In raw state, OXALIC Acid prohibits the absorption of the nutrients like Iron and Calcium. IJS.
Made this tonight. It was really good. I’m vegan so I made a few substitutions but I loved it. Hubby loved it so that’s a win for us. We subbed the salmon for tofu and he didn’t even realize it was tofu 😂

Orzo is pasta. It can be switched with gluten free pasta since this is basically a pasta salad

I would leave out the orzo and cook the salmon a little less. I'd also use fresh herbs. Otherwise looks lovely and is a great idea 👍🏾
