- I am a retired RCMP Officer living in a rural setting in Nova Scotia, Canada. I spend my time enjoying nature and feeding my furry friends, the raccoons. I also feed the deer in the winter months and many varieties of birds. I have two rescue cats named Connor and Charlotte.

I’m beyond excited, my raccoon that comes out early just came out this evening and introduced me to her 3 babies!! I’m in LOVE!

He actually did bottle raise some of them. Though, I don't remember which ones. I would guess it's the ones who let him pet them like Buddy and Sammy.
They tear apart small animals like house cats and livestock.
@@CyclonicDeath I have raccoons eating with my cats all the time; they have never offered to hurt my cats. They usually only attack others to defend themselves

I love how the one raccoon jumped on the bench in the beginning so he could be first to get one. I love watching them and how he calls the girl crabby.

Tons of hotdogs, donair pizza (my favourite!), cookies and kibbles - they're spoiled raccoons - but of course, it is survival of the cutest!

Donairs are Greek. They have a rotating spit with a slab of spiced meat, and they take crunchy slices off of the meat, put it in a pita that's been warmed on the grill. Then they add diced onions and tomatoes. There is a creamy sweet sauce with a bit of a tang that is then drizzled over the meat and veggies, and it gets wrapped by the pita, and wrapped in tin foil. And you can get all of the above on a pizza as well!

I can't imagine you don't have it in the US. Any Greek restaurant or pizza place sell donairs, and donair pizzas.
@@jojomart In Iowa, a Greek restaurant is much more likely to serve Gyros, Greek chili and chili dogs. Sadly, my favorite restaurant for Greek chili died a couple years ago and his daughter doesn't want to run the place, so it closed and is for sale. I wish I could afford to buy the place myself. I worked there as a teenager and young adult. The only thing I don't know how to make is the chili.

@@jojomart when I was visiting a friend in Atlanta area he took me for gyros (aka donairs) they had ranch dressing squirted all over the meat instead of the drizzle of donair sauce I'm more accustomed to. The meat was good, but ranch is no substitute for donair sauce IMO.
I think it's so great that you help these cuties survive. This world needs more people like you.

@@drfreud65 He was on the regular deck from the beginning, and then he went to the other one. Remember at the beginning, Jim said he had fed ONE on the other deck. I remember seeing Rusty cross over toward the camera area, and he must have gone down the steps and went to the other one.
