I love taking the train. It's somehow relaxing and productive at the same time. I used to take the train to and from Birmingham, Alabama to New Orleans and it was always so pleasant.

You can also hand express if you get into a bind - the trick for that is breast massage for 5-20min before (depending on your body), then do the proper hand expressing technique focusing on pushing back towards the chest wall diligently. Nurse on mama! You rock and deserve recognition for breastfeeding this long in North America where everyone is so weirded out by boobs. I’m going on 21mo with my second nursling😊
