I’d rather see Tyrion kill John, as he backs and advises someone to the Throne. If Tyrion took the throne, and immediately had a moment, defending the city, he may gain the favor of the people, as ruler.
Tyrion is better as an adviser, or the man behind the man, who runs the Soft Machine.
I really want Martin to show that the fairy tale, almost never happens, and even what is thought of as such in history, is stained with the blood of innocents.
It’s like, when people or even historians, talk about how romantic Cleopatra and Antony were, yet she first seduced Caesar, into helping save Egypt, then then Antony, which got the library destroyed(maybe), and many killed, including herself.
Everything about her last days was fabricated by whatever servants, and storytellers, from the time.
The death by snake, her having actual love for either man, as opposed to allying herself, or Caesar marrying her on a whim, as a display of how Rome’s new Emperor would rule. It’s full of conjecture, hypothesis and legends, now.

She kinda is though. "Snitches get stitches" is a saying for a reason. Sandor referring to her as a little bird, and Varys referring to his informants as little birds, basically is calling her snitch.
She like her mother, who has a similar problem. They really are a fish out of water.

Sansa betraying her family works because she believed the stories of the "knight in shining armor" (or whatever the Westeros equivalent is.) Further, she grew up knowing as the firstborn daughter, she'd likely be married into a high house. It takes until the execution of her father to finally get over her infatuation with Joffrey, but you could easily change into a Stockholm Syndrome love, or even just her believing the Lannister lies.
Tyrion, Arya, Jon love triangle, not so much. Provided the characters remain roughly the same personality-wise, Arya is clearly closer to Jon than any of her other siblings but that's more due to them both being outcasts (Arya famously unfeminine, Jon being a bastard), and shared ideas of individuality. Maybe a relationship could work, but only if revealed that Jon isn't a Snow from her father early on. While Tyrian and Arya do share some similar ideals (like the hatred of being misunderstood and being underestimated), but I don't think she would be able to get over him being a Lannister nor I think she would share much in common with him other than those few ideals.
Then again, this is all moot and GRRM is a much better writer than I am so he could have probably made both plotlines work.

Now that sounds interesting, but I think in this version Jon isn’t a Targaryen and is a bastard so that makes him and Arya getting together a bit weird but if we only ever saw them in a romantic light rather than a sibling way it could work, it wouldn’t be the first brother sister relationship for the starks, I think this could have been really interesting to read even if it isn’t as good as what we got

In the actual 1st book Sansa did in fact betray the Starks. Remember Sansa was incredibly upset when Ned had gotten the ship and told Sansa and Arya that he was sending them back to Winterfell. Joffrey had just apologized to Sansa and gifted her a necklace. She was so mad at Ned that she (Sansa) had immediately run straight to Cersei and told her that her father had gotten a ship and was secretly sending them back North. That is betrayal, and she most certainly did choose Joffrey over Ned. Sansa is a traitor imho.

Early on in the first book, shes very antagonistic towards almost everyone in her family but you can tell George just didnt feel it was natural for her to just become Geoffrey's timid wife. No one in her position would fall into that role in a believable way, and the Sansa we get from Clash onwards is SUCH a better character for it.
