Many thanks for sharing. As always inspiring, positive and engaging. Love those 6x6 from the Hasselblad, really forces you to slow down and be intentional. Good one.
What a wonderful and relaxing video, Paul! Lovely images!! I also love shooting landscapes with my Hasselblad and 150mm lens! It's my favourite lens. I really love that you're finding such joy shooting so close to home!
I love my Hasselblad 500C with the 150mm lens. The camera I have belonged to a family friend that ran a small portrait studio out of his house. He let my mom take my senior yearbook picture with it. He died in 1977 and his wife gifted me the camera, 2 film backs and the 150mm lens. The lens is still good but the focusing is becoming more difficult as the lens has more and more slop in the barrel when you are trying to hit focus. It can still be done just takes longer. I have since added a 503CX with 50, 80, 120, 180 and a new 150mm lens. I still use the 500C but I'd be devastated if anything happened to it so the 503Cx is used more. I liked your images. There is just something about the square
Nice vid Paul, I was wondering where your Hassy was!.? Nice to see you take it out! I myself can’t part shooting with it exclusively these days! The landscape around your home looks beautiful!
Great content as always Paul... just done a DIY on my Hasselblad 500 film back light seal so need to get out and test it. Thanks for the reminder seeing your cap...need to change my filters :-)
Morning Mr. Smith from Victoria, BC I have to say it sure is nice to be able to enjoy my morning coffee while watching your latest post. Just about to head out for a walk with the dog and my EOS 1 and a roll of Ektar 100. Your videos always inspire me to relax and let my creative freedom just flow. And to not sweat the small stuff. Thank you sir.
@@kiwipics I'm a rookie only had it for a few months now but I do love the way it makes me slow down. Bought it from a dealer in Hong Kong still has the original owners name engraved into it. I find that pretty cool.
That's a beautiful back yard you have and great to see you use MF to capture it. I'd love to visit NZ now I use a camera but I feel a love for my own local area so doubt I'll get there but sharing the love we have for our our own area.
Paul, nice video again. Perhaps there is another factor in the finding images story, a connection and growing appreciation of your local landscape. Perhaps the 'seeing' grows as your love for your home country similarly grows?
Wow ! Nice .... I like the idea of using the Sonnar 150 for landscapes . I've been shooting all 35mm for the last couple of years . Just grab a camera and go kind of thing . Been keeping my Hasselblad limbered up by just dry firing it but I've got to take it out to see the world with it . It's time ..... Great video ! Cheers Mate ... :D
Love that local landscape

I love the sense of tranquility and timelessness to these images. Echoes the similarity to where we live rurally.
The greats always make it look so easy. We’ll done as always.

Hi Peter my thoughts exactly, it takes time to build that relationship

Thanks Jon, I really like that lens when you are shooting from distance.
Able to push film speed in camera with Hasselblad?
You say you forgot how to use your Hasselblad? It certainly doesn't show in your beautiful photographs, Paul.
老機了只能當古董來玩,接數位划不來,配件太貴了。
