Don’t order this leather...

This is for everyone asking me where I got the leather from my last Duffle video. Save your money. It's not terrible. The bag turned out nicely, but I wouldn't order it again. It created more problems during the process than other leather and I won't be ordering it again. However, this isn't a knock on Lefarc, i've tried other hides from them and I've loved their leather. Just avoid this one;)

Every once in a while youtube gets it completely right and recommends me channels like these. I dont work with leather or even plan to but love all kinds of craftsmanship so I subscribed in a matter of instantly lol. Keep it up!

It could be anything,the airbrushed pigment,moisture,or even the way it’s tanned.
Believe it or not some places in poorer countries tan their leather in literal piss to skimp on the tree bark and tannins.

Don't order anything from Mexico or China. You have a better chance getting it from Japan or Italy. Both top quality
