So my question is 🙋🏽♀️do you recommend for me to prepare the salsa and freeze it for it to be ready for me to make this dish during the work week? I usually prepare for the week on Sundays but when it comes to cooking I question if it is recommended to prepare sauces for guisados as well in advance. I have a baseball player who keeps us busy as well so it’s kinda hard sometimes to cook these delicious recipes.
Yes of course I do it all the time! Example: when the tomato or tomatillos are on special we buy a lot and make salsa for weeks. We freeze it in ziplock bags and have it ready
