Great video! I created mine as a weekly job schedule. I need to be able to archive the week when the new week is avaiable and have the new week show up automatically. I have NOOOOOO idea how to do what I want. I can create a Archive sheet but how would I have the current week tab automatically copy to the bottom of the archive sheet? Any idea would perfect this job schedule for my company.

I am glad you liked the video. Having things happen automatically in Excel is not trivial and requires some kind of programming.
@ I created the macro to copy the weekly sheet over to an achive sheet and got it to get the weekly sheet to then come up automatically. Now my issue is changing the dates automatically. Doesn't look like I can do that because If I take the last cell which would be =g1+1 to give the last date and copy that value to cell a1....I can't get the formulas to work on the top row to add 1 because it causes a circular reference. There's got to be a way for it to create the new week of dates at the top.

I just learned that if you just change the month (for the days of the week) it won't auto populate the rest of them - unless you re-enter the date completely. Almost didn't catch it before I sent it out!

This is a very simple and manual way of creating a team calendar. Unfortunately, this is quite static and weekends, months, public holidays etc need to be updated template by template again and again. This is quite time consuming. I'd appreciate an at least little more dynamic overview, eg. with a combination of a table with the data and and a pivot table. No VBA needed for this either... Nevertheless, thanks for the video. For users with little experience, this is certainly helpful.
Gaby Poroi Yes, you‘re right, conditional formatting would easily make weekends visible, but that was not my point. This calendar is quite basic and good for beginners to „draw“ a calendar from scratch. When using Excel, my aim is to try to make such tables as dynamic as possible. In this respect, I‘d prefer a solution that is e.g. - able to count / add up marked days (not so easy when cells are merged like in this example), - create a monthly table only by selecting the desired month and year from separate cells and so on. There are several according tutorials on YT. But as said before already: Good for beginners to start with and to create a new project. Always good to learn something new. 😉👍 So again thanks for the video! 🙂

Most likely the cell is not formatted as a date. Also, it might be a regional setting.

Sounds like you are making great progress. I would suggest using the VBA code to change the first date cell also.
