- Опубликовано: 8 сен 2024
- In this video, Stuart looks at the James Bond games that preceded Goldeneye in order to get an idea on how impactful Goldeneye was to the Bond IP. What he finds is a big garbage pile of crap.

"Everytime I've been to Oklahoma, it's been nothing but Roadwork" yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah I hate it here
Immediately we get to hear his attempt at a British accent. Love it.
wake up babe, new working man games vid dropped
This is perfectly timed! I’ve been working on 100%ing goldeneye off and on over the past two months or so.
Good to see ya Stu! ❤
been watching your stuff since the YTPN days. still loving your stuff even now. keep up the amazing work man!
Growing up I had the World is not Enough on ps1. Me and my friend were stuck on the casino stage beginning because we didn't know anything about card games. Asked my mom if she knows black jack and was super enthusiastic giving her anwser "hell yeah I know black jack". Handed her the controller and we finally got through that stage.
As another southern furry I am a big fan of your videos haha
Funnily enough, James Pond was used to make a fake Finding Nemo game for the Mega Drive as a pirate rom hack.
Just found your stuff and I have to say I love it. I'm from the south myself. I'm in Mississippi myself.
The best movie Timothy Dalton was in was Hot Fuzz.
Thanks to you I'm gonna say "Shituck" for the rest of my life
One game you missed is James Bond: The Stealth Affair aka Operation Stealth in Europe. It was a point n' click adventure on the Amiga and DOS and was developed by Delphine, the guys who did Another World and Flashback. For some reason Interplay was the publisher and got the Bond Licence at the time and tagged it onto this game for the US release.
You expect him to do research? 😆
@@pferreira1983 its worth mentioning especially since he didnt include the game on the vid
@@Calculon1712 He missed out a few games. He bothered to 'review' the James Pond games so he could dump on them but didn't review the third game. 😆
@@pferreira1983 yeah i noticed the 3rd game was missing and to add the spin off game Aquatic Games which wouldve been an interesting reaction to 😄
@@Calculon1712 In all the entire video was another pointless one. A shame I get these in my algorithm.
They tried to announce a black Jame Bond and people went mental, so the studio had to walk it back.
*A black female 007, as in Bond's replacement taking up his mantle rather than James Bond the person is literally a black woman now. 😂
Those idiots made British royalty black.
The good thing is when they demanded Norse vikings to have more representation - they were told to screw themselves.
@@autobotstarscream765😂😂 this feels like an oc self insert replacement
WHERE IS THE JAZZ 2 VIDEO!?!?
What's next, The Lawnmower Man 16-Bit and FMV games in addition to Cyberwar?
I played only 8bit versions of the License to Kill.
It wasn't bad - you just rush through the helicopter level before anything has a chance to shoot you, then this game trurns into a fun on-foot sneak-up shooter.
The Living Daylights has a theme song by A-Ha and it's the best fucking thing ever it gets caught in my head at random
I've been speed running your videos, great stuff and if the algorithm sent me here then im sure theres gonna be much more to come so keep it up!
The Kremlin was the name of Domark's Internal Development studio just like how Leland's the name of Tradewest's Internal Development studio
A 007 game for Sega’s version of the Atari.
What a time to be alive.

OH GOD. THE CIA WOULD CONSIDER THIS A WEAPON OF MASS DESTRUCTION
"Oklahoma has roadwork everywhere"
California: Hold my beer
STUART!!!! I've been here since 2011-13 I can't remember... But thank you for everything you've done for society!!! I truly believe that your work has somehow positively indirectly affected the world in a positive way... So thank you!!! Also you turned me on to hair metal so thank you...Also that "GROOOSS..." soundbite you did is HILARIOUS....
I recently just found your videos and I am really entertained by your energy. Very much a 10/10 creator and I will continue to watch you ❤
Bless you friend. I appreciate any little comment I get. So thank you for your kind words
Im in Oklahoma our roads are like that
FINALLY NEW EPISODE
I just wanna say Stu, you're such a trooper. I deeply admire your comitment to these videos in such a trying time for you, but if you gotta take a break, don't be afraid to. Nobody deserves to go through what you're going through. You're too awesome of a person.
"The good news is that we're done with the Euro jank-" he says walking towards the elicenter of Euro jank known as The Kremlin
As a longtime Bond fan, I can confirm that pretty much all of the games based on movies are completely, totally, one hundred percent FULL OF SHIT. Like, the License to Kill game, the entire game is based off of a segment in the movie that lasts like a minute and a half, and doesn't have anything like what's in the game.
Sweet thumbnail!
007 car chase was made by 1 person, Nicholas Coplin of Coplin software, good for 1 person without good development tools being released yet
The name's Man. Working Man.
You forgot A View to a Kill on the C64. It was the only Bond game I had growing up.
HELL YES! 🍾 I love me some James Bond, have since I was 13 or so, and now I get to see one of my favorite video maker people guys make something on an under-discussed section of Bond’s Gaming Legacy….Basically everything prior to GoldenEye.
Stuart, you are a Coyote after my own heart with this one!
11:20
FLEENTSTONES!??!? AAUUUGGGH
There's a third James Pond game!
And James Bond Jr. on NES is a total different game than the SNES version.
The fact that they made the game work at all on a dried squid's head of a controller is impressive.
Something about the game design overall was on point in a way I can't really put into words.
Klobb aside. That thing is an affront to the Skorpion 61 and all things Czech
Enjoyed the British accent as well as the impromptu rap, fun stuff. Great work.
Maybe in the future you could do a POST Goldeneye games retrospective. I remember being a kid watching my cousins play one of the PS2 /OG Xbox games and thinking it was pretty cool but I don’t remember which one
This vids opening was gold
I have just found your channel and love it.
You Missed James Bond: The Stealth Affair on the Amiga. :p
I remember playing the game as a kid couldn't ever beat the game when I was kid
Edit: clarification I ment the N64 game but the rest of these look cool
It’s ironic. The best Bond games are Spy Hunter and Sly Spy.
You should do life after Goldeneye. Like TND, TWINE, Nightfire etc
Hell yeah, James Pond 2, I played that a lot as a kid, pretty darn good platformer once you got used to it and it's odd level structure.
Which version the ones PS1 onwards is a diffrent game with entire diffrent stage layouts.
@@Acidonia150reborn The amiga version
The oroginal the best version though I played it on Megadrive/Genesis i think they was some improvements in that version over amiga iriginal @@Rikika333
(17:47~18:00) Isn't that just the first half of Final Fantasy 8? 🤔
What about the Game Boy 007 game by Nintendo?
It technically came out before GoldenEye, and was more of a Zelda: Link’s Awakening clone.
Hey Stuart. I have a game request for you. If it's at all possible, could you please review the game "Stay Out Of The House" by Puppet Combo. I played the game and it's truly the most anxiety and paranoia inducing games I've ever played. I would love your opinion on it. I looked into it and I didn't realize that you voiced the priest character, however I can't figure out which one, so if you would be willing to point that out while taking about it, that would be helpful.
Dang! Im never this early!
6:37 Could the fuel consumption have something to do with the frame rate, maybe?
You doin alright? Been a while since we've heard from you. Not that I'm one to talk. I've disappeared for over a year before and hardly checked in with what few fans I had.
Yo, another great video from Coyote boi, i had no idea there were many james bond video games before golden eye 😅
Live and let die has really smloth sprite scaling and road drawing on amiga
if they ever made another James Pond, do you reckon they'd have the role of Pussy Galore be played by an anthropomorphic cat?
can we pls get a humongous entertainment series?!
Brother your comedy is top tier 😅
Another great video! Looks like you can pull off the Bond look too. Any chance of you covering the game Body Harvest for the Nintendo 64?
This review was totally shaken not stirred.
Darrell Hammond as Sean Connery included.
More like stupid, not stirred. 😆😆
11:19 I love you for stuff like that
I can't wait for your thoughts on some of the Yu-gi-oh games like Forbidden Memories for PS1 (the Dark Souls of Card video games), Nightmare Troubadour for DS, The Eternal Duelist Soul for GBA, and GX The Beginning of Destiny for PS2.
I don’t know a damn thing about yugioh
Yep, I guessed it! Awesome video, shame that 007 kept getting shit until Goldeneye, I can't imagine it was that hard to fuck up something like a Bond game but boy, did they ever!
It didn't get shit. He's just a shit reviewer. 😆
You missed Sly Spy by Data east Aka the best James Bond game yes it wasnt a offical one but it played way better than the offical ones before Golden Eye ever did.
I love how you changed your accent 😂😂😂
11:52
*OH HELL YEA!*
"James Pond: License to Bubble"?
"License to Krill" was right there. Way to suck, Millennium Interactive.
I know he don't read comments but this dude is so funny lol 😅
Bless you friend
i love furry southern Civvie
Oh I'm no where near as good as him but thanks for the thought
Groovy
Now this only means... you need to review GoldenEye on the N64 next. ;3
Great work as always!
Great video 💙
gas gas
James Pond 3 is amazing
From a man how lives in oklahoma sorry man
LMAO 8:27
Speaking of Live and Let Die Sheriff J.W. Pepper comes across smarter than this guy. 😂😂
This video is so badly researched the reviewer doesn't understand the training exercise in The Living Daylights is a paintball exercise so the game is just the same. It's easy to take a dump on old games for comedy, it's harder to do some actual research as most of these are pretty good games. 😉
James bond sucks
