We watched this on Breakfast. As a family, we have been on this journey with my mum. She passed on 17th January 2013, so eight years ago today. My father in law is suffering with Alzheimer's now and at the age of 91, he is in a care home. This piece by Nina and her sisters is powerful. It is sad. It is also a story of love and hope. This is not an easy time and it won't get easier, but they have shown just how strong they are as a family.
