You know that infinity reboot at 128mb ram is actually BSOD, @Enderman didn't disable automatic reboot in advanced system settings :D (sorry for bad english, i'm indonesian)
But when I launched Windows 10 x64 on VMWare Workstation 14 Player with 256 MB of RAM it launched correctly and didn't crash. :D But it was so extremely slow that I was unable even to launch Task Manager. But it worked. :D
