  • 今天我會跟大家說下髂脛束症候群IT Band Syndrome. 什麼叫髂脛束症候群呢? 髂脛束就在哪裡呢?
    髂脛束其實就在髖關節去到膝蓋外側, 髂脛束其實是一個筋膜的形態並不是肌肉所以基本上不能特別去伸展也沒有收縮狀態出現. 很多朋友如果他有長期的跑步或是我們常見病人騎單車很多或者彈跳的運動比較多很多時候就會勞損了這條髂脛束, 引伸了是膝蓋外側會痛的.
    Today, I will talk to you about iliotibial band syndrome. what is IT band syndrome? Where is the iliotibial band located? The iliotibial band actually runs from the hip joint down to the outside of the knee, the iliotibial band is actually a fascial structure, not a muscleI. t cannot be specifically stretched, It also doesn't contract like a muscle. For those who engage in long-distance running, or frequently cycle or participate in activities Involving jumping and repetitive knee bending, may experience strain on their iliotibial band and trigger pain at outside of the knee joint.....

    Dr Matty 我喜歡做瑜伽運動,但每當我將右腳踭放喺左腳膝頭哥上面再撳右腳膝頭哥落地時,我右邊髖關節和右膝頭哥後方就會有痛楚,請問是什麼原因?有咩方法可以改善?同埋我踢毽係唔可以用右腳踢,因為抬唔起隻右腳踢,是否關節有問題?謝謝🙏🏻

      所有躺平做的動作都可以喺床上做的,但最好如果可以在地上瑜伽蓆做呢啲動作更加好的

      @@drmattywong 因為就算有瑜伽蓆都冇用 , 2個小孫女(分別5歲, 7歲)黎到都會係上面玩 , 有時仲會趕住玩而冇剥鞋 , 我又唔可以成日洗 , 洗左未乾佢地要點算 , 唔想令佢地喊而被新抱喝佢地
