My ex-fiancee moved 100 miles away for a job offer in 1990, ending 4 years of on-again / off-again dating since I reluctantly broke off the engagement in '86 during an ugly argument and she repeatedly asked for more chances that outsiders inevitably sabotaged. It's her 56th birthday today, her divorce is almost final, almost 18 years since my wife passed away, and we have plans of spending time together when she'll be in town next week.
Somehow I found these guys while I was still living in Toledo, but Reggie and the band in my view, wrote some pretty impressive music back in the day! I have always loved their music. Your story is touching and this is three years too late for you, I feel for you as I have lots of compassion. I hope you are enjoying life and know that we all have something in common, a love for music. Best to you, bro!

OMG, the guys look great! I saw Heavens Edge play near Albany NY at Saratoga Winners early 1990s. Great show, amazing energy. Glad to see they get together to play few times a year. Best memories of my young adult life. These guys rock, and this music lives on unlike that Seattle grunge fad junk.
Here I was trying to learn this from the fourth fret A string for the first chord, and I see Reggie actually does it from the 9th fret low E string. Much easier his way to get sound out of the high note on that first arpeggio's tapped harmonics.
I was so excited that I was going to be able to see them again in April at the Troc after so many years but the show is now canceled. Hopefully they will be able to reschedule soon.
I had this album on cassette back in the day. About half the album I really really loved. It's too bad we didn't get at least a couple releases...while the iron were hot. I know about album was released in like 1999 or something.
Tears fill my eyes every time I watch this. This band should have been....you see what happened to Warrant? THAT is should have happened to Heavens Edge. When I see Warrant do all of their stage moves...people going gaga over them....Heavens Edge stage moves were so much better...everything about them..fucking Columbia Records, I hate them to this day. Breaks my heart.
