On a journey up north, we thought that we would stop in for an interview with Kolby Peterson with Wildwood Farm in Pouce Coupe, British Columbia. Together with her mentors and friends, Tim and Linda Ewert, they do as much of their farming as possible using draft horses, producing delicious food at a non-industrial pace of life.

I have worked with horses for 60 years and still enjoy it. So I wish you at least the same amount of joy and satisfaction as I have had with them. There will be mishaps, disappointment and even sorrow at times , but it is all worth it!
