- This is one of my newest blades, the MR - 1.  It's a Pikal style blade and it's nasty.

The MR-1
This Pikal Style blade came to us by way of request from a group Of Marine Raider (MR) Scout Swimmers.
A Pikal is designed to used in the reverse grip with the edge facing your forearm. Although not a traditional style western blade the Pikal is a VERY effective blade for CQB work.
We used a wharncliffe style flat edge to maximize every cut. I selected our famed 'Night' series grip that gives you the ultimate fighters grip. It's slim design is textured and contoured to become part of your hand. The ring placement can't be felt when making a natural clinched fist, this allows you to make a tight fist around the grips while maintaining your hands natural knuckle alignment.

I was wondering the same thing.
I can sharpen both sides but because of the grind on this blade it can make the tip brittle. I’m doing this for other customers with that disclaimer.

Yooo. Just got my hands on that Gideon V3 and wow. One thing. Don’t y’all provide the steel ball and chain in the order? Might be a dumb ass question. Need a video for beginners on what to do (how to wear your new tkell right out the box for certain situations (like on the job site or at the gym)).
Tip for Gideon v3 owners.
If you wear it on the front of your belt horizontally (and are active in the field ..that bad ass tooth pick ( 👁️) will put holes in your shirts and pants. Lol
The only models I put the chain in the package with are the small blades, I hadn’t thought to include it with the others. I’ll add it. Good idea on the video!
I have had a couple people say that about the tooth pick on the shirt if it’s loose fitting but the pants is a new. I see what I can come up with.
